此祈请文是根据古汝·曲吉旺秋（Guru Chokyi Wangchuk）的伏藏，以及班禅·贝玛旺杰嘉波（Panchen Pema Wangi Gyalpo）仪轨的要旨，由敏林·杰尊仁波切（Minling Jetsun Rinpoche）所著的《成就法·如意宝瓶》中，在成就法和命力灌顶时，如仪轨中所述念诵的祈请文。并且，敏珠林寺（Mindrolling Monastery）年度例行烟供祈请时，也唯有遵循此仪轨的传统，毫无更改。虽然之前没有作者署名，或者此版本中没有特别注明，但其来源确实如此。愿吉祥增盛！ 此版本之前未收录于伏藏总集中，是尼泊尔谢谦寺（Shechen Monastery）新印版中新加入的，因此需要仔细考证其传承。

This supplication is based on the terma (treasure teaching) of Guru Chokyi Wangchuk, and primarily upholds the intent of the ritual manual of Panchen Pema Wangi Gyalpo. It is from 'The Vase of Accomplishment Fulfilling Desires,' a sadhana (practice method) composed by Minling Jetsun Rinpoche, and is recited during the sadhana and life-force empowerment, as it appears in the ritual manual. Moreover, it is certain that only this tradition has been followed without alteration during the annual Sang offering at Mindrolling Monastery. Although there was no author's note previously, or it is not specifically mentioned in this edition, the origin is definitely as such. May virtue and excellence increase! This edition was not previously included in the collection of termas, and it has been newly added in this new printing from Shechen Monastery in Nepal, so it is necessary to carefully examine its lineage. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
