ཅད་ཚར་གཅོད་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག་མཱ་ར་ཡ་རྦད། ཅེས་པས་འབུལ། བྲོ་བརྡུང་སྐབས་ཁྲོས་པའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་བྲོ་ར་གྲུ་གསུམ་དུ་བསྐོར་ལ། རྣམ་ཐར་གསུམ་གྱི་ཨེ་ཀློང་དུ༔ ཉོན་མོངས་བདག་ལྟའི་དགྲ་ཚོགས་རྣམས༔ ཡེ་ཤེས་རོལ་པའི་རྩལ་གྱིས་མནན༔ ནམ་ཡང་ལྡང་བར་མ་བྱེད་ཅིག༔ ཨོཾ་ལཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ལཾ་སྟྭཾ་བྷ་ཡ་ནན༔ ཞེས་ལས་བྱང་ལྟར་བྲོ་བརྡུང་། བདག་བསྐྱེད་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་མཇུག་བསྡུ་བསྔོ་སྨོན་ཤིས་བརྗོད་ཀྱི་བར་ལས་གཞུང་ལྟར་མཐར་དབྱུང་། མེ་དུག་ཁྲག་གི་ཆུས་བསད་པའི་ 70-19-19b ཐལ་སོལ་ལ་འགུགས་གཞུག་དང་གནས་མི་ལྡང་བའི་ཕྱིར་གནན་པར་བྱའོ།། །། ༈ དེ་ལྟར་ཕྱི་ཡི་སྲེག་བླུག་གི་བྱ་བ་འདི་དག །སྤྲོས་པ་མེད་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ལ་གཞོལ་བར་འདོད་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཟས་ཟ་བའི་ཚེ་འབྲུ་གསུམ་གྱི་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ནས། ལག་པའི་དགང་བླུག་གིས་ཁའི་ཐབ་ཁུང་དུ་ཕུལ་བས་གཏུམ་མོའི་མེས་སྦྱངས་ཏེ་ཕུང་ཁམས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཉེས་པར་བསམ་པ་ནང་དང་། ཡུམ་གྱི་མཁའི་ཐབ་ཁུང་དུ་རྗེས་སུ་ཆགས་པའི་མེས་ཧཾ་ཡིག་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོར་ཞུ་སྟེ་རོ་རྐྱང་གི་དགང་བླུག་གིས་ཕུལ་བས་ཕུང་ཁམས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་རྣམས་མཉེས་པར་བསམ་པ་གསང་བ་དང་། སྐྱེ་མེད་རང་བྱུང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་ཀྱི་ཐབ་ཁུང་དུ་བདེ་ཆེན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱི་མེར་ཐབས་ཤེས་ཟུང་འཇུག་གི་དགང་བླུག་གིས་གཉིས་སྣང་མཚན་མའི་སྲེག་རྫས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཕུལ་བས། སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་དང་རོ་མཉམ་དུ་འགྱུར་བའི་གནས་ལ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་བརྩོན་པར་ཡང་གསང་གི་སྲེག་བླུག་རྣམས་བྱའོ། །འདིར་འབད་དགེ་བ་གང་མཆིས་པས། །བདག་དང་མཐའ་ཡས་སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན། །ཚོགས་གཉིས་རྫོགས་ཤིང་སྒྲིབ་གཉིས་བྱང་། །སྐུ་བཞིའི་གོ་འཕང་མྱུར་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ཅེས་པའང་མདོ་སྨད་གསེར་ཐར་དུང་དཀར་དགོན་གྱི་མཆོག་སྤྲུལ་ནས་དོ་གལ་ཆེན་པོས་བསྐུལ་བ་བཞིན་བདུད་འཇོམས་ནམ་ 70-19-20a མཁའི་རྡོ་རྗེས་བྲིས་པ་ལས་བཞིའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིག །སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།། །།

献上：‘愿将一切魔罗彻底摧毁！玛ra呀 帕!’。跳金刚舞时，以愤怒之心绕三角舞场，于三解脱之虚空中，以智慧嬉戏之力量镇压烦恼我执之敌众，令其永不复起！嗡 蓝 吽 蓝 斯瓦 帕呀 南!’。如事业仪轨般跳金刚舞。自生坛城之末，依仪轨次第完成回向、发愿、吉祥祈愿等。被火毒血水所杀之灰烬，为避免其复起及不安住，应镇压之。 如是，外火供之行，对于欲专精于无戏论瑜伽者，于进食之时，以三字（藏文：ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：啊 吽）加持食物，以手作供养之势，送入口中之灶，以拙火焚烧，观想令诸蕴界之天皆欢喜，此为内火供。于明妃空性之灶中，以随欲生起之火，将‘ཧཾ’字（藏文：ཧཾ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思： 航）融化为大乐，以纯味之供养，观想令诸蕴界之天皆欢喜，此为秘密火供。于无生自生法界之灶中，以大乐菩提心之火，以方便智慧双运之供养，将二取执相之供品全部献上，于诸佛之身语意及味道融为一体之境，一心精进，此为极密火供。以此精进之善，愿我与无边众生，圆满二资粮，清净二障，速得四身之果位！’。此乃应多麦色达东嘎寺之转世活佛之殷切请求，由降魔那木喀多杰所书，愿成办四事业之因！萨瓦 芒嘎拉姆！（一切吉祥！）

Offer: 'May all Maras be completely destroyed! Mara ya Phat!' When performing the Vajra dance, circle the triangular dance ground with an angry mind. In the empty space of the three liberations, suppress the enemies of afflictions and ego-clinging with the power of wisdom's play, so that they never rise again! Om Lam Hum Lam Svaha Ya Nan!' Perform the Vajra dance according to the practice manual. At the end of the self-generation mandala, complete the dedication, aspiration, and auspicious prayers according to the ritual. The ashes killed by the fire poison blood water should be suppressed to prevent them from rising again and not staying in place. Thus, these external fire offering activities, for those who wish to devote themselves to non-elaborate yoga, when eating, bless the food with the three syllables (藏文：ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Ah Hum), and with the gesture of offering with the hand, offer it into the stove of the mouth, burn it with the fire of Tummo, and contemplate that all the deities of the aggregates and elements are pleased, this is the inner fire offering. In the stove of the Dakini's sky, with the fire that arises according to desire, melt the syllable 'ཧཾ' (藏文：ཧཾ，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，汉语字面意思：Ham) into great bliss, and with the offering of pure taste, contemplate that all the deities of the aggregates and elements are pleased, this is the secret fire offering. In the stove of the unborn, self-arising Dharmadhatu, with the fire of great bliss Bodhicitta, with the offering of the union of skillful means and wisdom, offer all the objects of dualistic appearances, and in the state where the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas become one taste, strive single-mindedly, these are the most secret fire offerings. By whatever merit there is in this effort, may I and all limitless sentient beings, perfect the two accumulations, purify the two obscurations, and quickly attain the state of the four bodies!'. This was written by Dudjom Namkhai Dorje at the earnest request of the reincarnation of Domai Serthar Dungkar Monastery, may it become the cause for the spontaneous accomplishment of the four activities!
