Then, Vaisravana sat down before the Teacher (Buddha). After that, Vaisravana rose from his seat, made offerings to the Teacher, and requested him to speak the mantra. Then, the Teacher extensively taught the mantra, sadhana, activities, mandala, etc., which is the realization of the sixteen-chapter master of dance. Many accomplished masters received this teaching, and many oral transmission treasures of the lineage remain. Among them, related to the terma of Nyalpa Nyima Sherab, there are four types of practice: outer practice as a deity, inner practice as a Matrika, secret practice as Yama, and very secret practice as a Dakini. Here, it refers to the outer practice as a deity, known as 'Cloud Gap'. Once, in the Dharma wheel of Samye, when King Trisong Detsen sent Prince Muktri Tsenpo as the commander of the border guards, he invited Guru Rinpoche and other lamas to Utsé Barkhang, offered them with great offerings, and requested them to perform auspicious rituals to destroy the border troops, fulfill the wishes of the father king, and ensure that there would be no obstacles and that everything would be auspicious. The prince and all the ministers made this request. Guru Rinpoche said, 'I will do that.' In an instant, he invited King Vaisravana and his retinue, including the eight horse lords and the assembly of messenger head ornaments, filling the sky, appearing in the cloud gap in front. The king and his retinue appeared in person. Then, the Guru Rinpoche gave orders and made vows, entrusting them with the task of accomplishing activities. The visions seen by the king were drawn by the border resident Gon Tsun, and consecrated and blessed. After that, the king caused the armies of the four borders to miss the opportunity to gather in Yarmotang. There, an unimaginable army with various forms and costumes gathered. The prince led them to destroy the intermediate meditation centers of Gugu, Gya, and Hor. He took the treasures and offered them to his father. Finally, the prince received the vajrayana instructions from the Guru Rinpoche and attained accomplishment through practice. Such practices and activities of Vaisravana were condensed by Guru Rinpoche into profound essentials, and for the benefit of future generations, were buried as treasures in Vulture Peak together with the statues, which were extracted by Nyalpa Nyima Sherab, and successively transmitted to Nur Nyima Özer, etc., which is a profound subsequent permission for practice. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The actions of the master precede. The disciple offers a mandala and then prays: 'Just as Vajrapani (Tibetan: བྱང་ཆུབ་རྡོ་རྗེ།, Meaning: Bodhi Vajra) made offerings and prayers to the Buddha, for the sake of blessing me, Secret Lord (Tibetan: གསང་བདག, Meaning: Secret Lord, referring to Vajrapani) and his retinue, please grant me now.' Pray like this three times. Accumulate merit through appropriate confession. Then, give the disciple the generation stage of Vajrapani (Tibetan: ཕྱག་རྡོར, Meaning: Hand-holding Vajra). Visualize the torma (Tibetan: གཏོར་མ, Meaning: food offering) in front as clear as the deity generated in front, and bless the three places (body, speech, and mind). With the light of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable), invite the wisdom being, and combine the sounds of incense burning and musical instruments. Make offerings and praises with offerings from Argham to Shabda. Then place the vase on the head. 'From the body, speech, and mind, the stainless wisdom vow, with pure divine water, I give you the empowerment. Om Vajrapani Abhisheñcatu Mam (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པཱ་ཎི་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཏུ་མཱཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ वज्रपाणि अभिषिञ्चतु मां, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajrapāṇi abhiṣiñcatu māṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Vajrapani, please empower me.)' Thus, visualize the vase water as the wisdom nectar of the deity, filling the body and purifying defilements. The remaining water swirls on the head, visualizing the lord of activities adorning himself with a headdress, and tie the headdress. 'The headdress empowerment praised by all the Buddhas, now give to you. Thus, perform the empowerment. Then, both the master and disciple visualize themselves as Vajrapani, in their hearts there is a moon, and on the moon there is Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable). Light radiates from the master's heart, stimulating the mindstream of the deity generated in front. From his heart emanates a rosary of mantras, using light to accomplish the two benefits (self and others). Gather all the worldly accomplishments, merging into the mantra rosary. It enters the disciple's mouth, visualizing it circling three times around the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable) in the heart. Before the mantra of Vajrapani, recite the heart mantra and near-heart mantra of the main deity one hundred and eight times, as well as the three-syllable mantras of the retinue, etc. Then the disciple scatters flowers to the master, 'The mantra lord has given to me, please bless me.' Three times. The master places the flower on the head, 'The mantra lord has given to this person, please bless this person.' Bless three times. Then offer the mandala again, and pray: 'Just as Vajrapani (Tibetan: བྱང་ཆུབ་རྡོ་རྗེ།, Meaning: Bodhi Vajra) made great offerings to the Buddha, for the sake of blessing me, please grant me all the desired accomplishments.' Pray like this. Let the disciple firmly generate the pride (arrogance) of Vajrapani (Tibetan: གསང་བདག, Meaning: Secret Lord, referring to Vajrapani). Place the torma in the heart or hand, visualizing from the deity generated in front, like one lamp dividing into two lamps. Merge from the heart, visualizing it abiding like a body and a shadow. The lineage of the master… --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
