I manifest as a burning form, The accomplished master who liberates the six realms, I offer you a vast and captivating ocean of offerings. Protect the Dharma wheel and the sacred teachings, Subdue enemies and obstacles, and completely fulfill my wishes. Ra Dza Siddhi Sa Ma Ya Argham Pratitsa Svaha (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) from here to Shabda, and Maha Amrita Puja Khahi, Maha Rakta Puja Khahi, Raja Siddhi Samaya JAH Balinta Kha Kha Kha Khahi. Recite these, and offer with the mantra of the Treasury of Space. Hum! Accomplished one, subduer of demons, inherently possessing vows, Benefiting beings, like the sun of compassion, Liberating those who break vows and vicious enemies and obstacles, Treating all with equal compassion, I praise you. Appearing as a burning form from the unchanging realm, Accomplished one, realizing the meaning of unborn Dharma, Cutting off the root of birth and death, holding the reins of good and bad, Unobstructed and terrifying one, I praise you. Body, speech, and mind are equal to the realm of Dharma, Activities are perfected, subduing Garuda, dragons, and thunder, When fiercely urged, you gather enemies and obstacles under your control, I praise the five Raja (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, King) and their retinues. With just this praise, urged by the light emanating from my heart, may the king and his retinue remember their past vows and vow to perform activities. Recite: Om Raja Aho Bhrum Rbad, Tsitta Thib Thib Dza, Shama Rutra Maho Dza, Sarva Raja Samaya Thib Thib Dza. Recite as much as possible. Since there is no need to recite important mantras such as binding and tying, and it would become fierce and inauspicious, so it ends here. In order to accomplish these requests, you can add many teachings from the lineage of Vidyadharas, such as the Ten Activities, as you wish. For the activity of life empowerment, just the above is enough to accomplish what is needed, and the final dedication, protection, atonement, and supplication are the same as usual. Third, regarding the ritual of entrusting life: First, perform the above-mentioned accomplishment offering, then prepare the disciple with bathing and exorcism, and appropriate guidance. This great Raja (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, King) known as Pehar, in the ultimate sense, is the embodiment of the five Tathagata Buddhas, but in appearance, in the perception of those to be tamed, he appears as the image of the five wealth-controlling kings, and for the four activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subduing, he has unobstructed and swift magical powers, and is a messenger with firm vows. In immeasurable kalpas ago, he was born into the royal family of Dharma Jwala. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is said that the king's son and the minister's son were very close friends and both wanted to renounce the world, but were prevented from doing so. Later, they took the vows of celibacy from Khenpo Zla 'od (Khenpo Moonlight) and lived together. However, the king's son liked to explain the Dharma, while the minister's son liked to meditate, and they did not get along. Later, the king's son broke his vows of celibacy by uniting with a Brahmin woman named mDzes ldan ma (Beautiful One). The Gnas brtan (Elder) and the minister's son told him to turn back from this, but he became angry and attacked and threatened them in return. In this way, after passing through countless births of insubordination, he was finally born into the family of fierce yakshas (Gnod sbyin). The minister's son became an Arhat (dGra bcom pa, Sanskrit: Arhat) who realized the truth of Dharma, named Legs ldan (Possessing Good Fortune). Even then, due to the habits of his previous life, the yaksha still harmed and harassed the monk (Dge slong). The Secret Lord (gSang ba'i bdag po, Vajrapani) and the monk himself seized his vital points, tormented him, and bound him by oath. The yaksha vowed to protect the Buddha's teachings. Later, in the kingdom of Tibet, the sovereign Khri srong lde'u btsan invited distinguished Khenpos and Acharyas (Slob dpon), and the light of the sacred Dharma spread throughout the land. At that time, the great master Padmasambhava (Slob dpon chen po) subdued all the fierce yakshas, especially this king, who had disobeyed orders and harbored resentment. Padmasambhava suppressed him with fierce mudras (Phyag rgya), forced him to take vows, and offered the essence of his life. Padmasambhava authorized him as the leader of the arrogant ones and entrusted him with the seal of the oath. In particular, when choosing the protector of Samye Monastery (bSam yas chos 'khor chen po), the Khenpo and Acharya agreed that this yaksha was superior to other arrogant ones. When the prince was sentenced to three years of guarding the border for killing the minister's son, Padmasambhava summoned the Four Great Kings (rGyal chen rnam thos sras) and their retinues, making them appear in the sky for all the king and his subjects to see, and assigned them tasks according to Padmasambhava's instructions. He repelled the armies of the Grugu and the Chinese (rGya), destroyed the middle monastery of Hor, and seized all the property. After that, Pehar and his retinue came to Pehar Ling to settle down and were entrusted with the property and wealth of the monastery. Padmasambhava condensed the profound oral instructions, rituals, and activity methods into the essence and appointed him as the protector of the Dharma. This great Dharma King Pehar, inwardly auspicious and kind, outwardly brave and fierce, powerful, steadfast in his vows, and unimpeded in the four activities, his image clearly manifested to all. These are the Dharma teachings written by the great accomplished master Nyang ral pa. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
