The ritual is divided into subsequent rituals and three parts. The first part is: For the sake of the object to be benefited, arrange the vase, and the self-generation vase offering and other things are the same as before. The special feature is that the light of the mantra garland shines on the object to be benefited, pacifying all diseases, demons, sins, and obstacles, and increasing all life, merit, and wisdom. Recite the three mantra groups twenty-one or one hundred and eight times. If you want to pacify diseases, recite 'sarva jvare śāntiṃ kuru ye svāhā' (सर्व ज्वरे शान्तिं कुरु ये स्वाहा, Sarva Jvare Shantiṃ Kuru Ye Svaha, all diseases, peace, do, may it be successful). If you want to pacify demons, recite 'sarva duṣṭāṃ'. If you want to increase life, recite 'āyu puṣṭiṃ kuru svāhā' (आयु पुष्टिं कुरु स्वाहा, Ayu Pushtiṃ Kuru Svaha, life, increase, do, may it be successful), adding these additional words. Then, as before, offer and praise the deity in the vase, and offer the torma to the deceased and worldly gods. The second part is the bathing ritual: First, bathe the object to be benefited with water mixed with detergents such as śuti (a kind of herb) and neśiṅ (a kind of tree). Make it clean inside and out, and put on new clothes. Prostrate to the deity and the mantra holder, and then sit in front. First, purify the obstacles according to the usual ritual of purifying the three dharmas. When stating the truth, especially say: 'By the truth and great truth power and blessing of the Bhagavan Vajra Destroyer and its retinue, all demons and obstacles that harm and hinder so-and-so, do not stay here, leave here and go elsewhere,' and so on. Incense with Gugul incense, and drive away with white mustard seeds. Recite the heart mantra and 'namo ratna trayāya, mahā yakṣa senāpataye, namo vajra krodhāya, tadyathā, oṃ hulu hulu, tiṣṭha tiṣṭha, bandha bandha, hana hana, amṛte hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ' (नमो रत्न त्रयाय, महा यक्ष सेनापतये, नमो वज्र क्रोधाय, तद्यथा, ॐ हुलु हुलु, तिष्ठ तिष्ठ, बन्ध बन्ध, हन हन, अमृते हूँ हूँ फट्, Homage to the Three Jewels, Homage to the Great Yaksha General, Homage to the Vajra Wrathful One, Mantra: Om Hulu Hulu, Stay Stay, Bind Bind, Destroy Destroy, Ambrosia Hum Hum Phat), recite the nectar fire offering mantra seven times to drive away and destroy obstacles. Purify sins: Incense the object to be benefited with Gugul incense. Recite 'oṃ vajra dhama dhama hūṃ sphoṭaya bhasmiṃ kuru hūṃ phaṭ svāhā' (ॐ वज्र धम धम हूँ स्फोटय भस्मिं कुरु हूँ फट् स्वाहा, Om Vajra Dhama Dhama Hum Sphoṭaya Bhasmiṃ Kuru Hum Phat Svaha) three times, pick up the sesame seeds with your thumb and forefinger, circle around the object to be benefited, and then burn them in the fire, pour the ashes into the water, and then throw them away. Bathing: Then, radiate light from your heart, and invite the Vajra Destroyer and the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to the sky in front, offer and praise them.
