Grant all supreme and common siddhis, and empower them to control the vast array of activities, including the eight great accomplishments that achieve the four activities. May they quickly attain the precious state of Noble Avalokiteśvara Gyalwa Gyatso. The commitment to vows, offering of the mandala, offerings, etc., and the subsequent rituals of the mandala should also be performed as in other rituals. Here, the blessings of the profound essential instructions, distilled from the various practice lineages arising from the tantras and individual pandits and siddhas, almost all of which have been preserved without interruption, lie solely in this. Immutable, uncontaminated great bliss, indivisible from emptiness vajra, the means of accomplishing Gyalwa Gyatso, this distillation of essence is wondrous.
