Transform it into the essence of life. Visualize it resting on your crown and other places, with the nectar of immortal wisdom flowing like a river, entering from the Brahma aperture. Purify diseases, evil spirits, sins, and especially obstacles to life and unfavorable conditions. Fill the entire body with the essence of nectar, especially merging into the nri (Tibetan: ནྲྀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nṛ, Chinese literal meaning: none) of the life-basis, visualizing it as radiant and glorious. Place the vase filled with the water of life on your head, and recite: Om! Of all the Buddhas, the sky in the sky, the unchanging Dharma-nature sky, with this bestow the empowerment of the body. Om Buddha Ayuḥṣe Abhiṣiñca Om! Place it in the heart, and recite: Hūṃ! Of all the Buddhas, the vajra in the vajra, the unchanging wisdom vajra, with this bestow the empowerment of the mind. Hūṃ Vajra Ayuḥṣe Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! Place it in the navel, and recite: Trāṃ! Of all the Buddhas, the jewel in the jewel, the unchanging wish-fulfilling jewel, with this bestow the empowerment of merit. To bless, visualize the body shape of the life-basis in the heart of the mother, entering the heart through the secret passage, it is radiant and glorious, and the accomplishment of immortal life is attained. Place the vajra in the heart, and recite: The nature of immortal life is the meaning of wisdom, the nature of wisdom is clear and bright, the unchanging nature of life is oily and round, hide it in the five wisdoms. From it, again manifest as the deity's body in order, and bless it: Just as a person turns a wheel, continuously turning, with the vase of nectar life pills, may you receive the continuous empowerment of life! 通过宝瓶灌顶，愿能获得无过患的长寿之权！如同未生之金刚，如云般无垠的虚空一般，通过甘露长寿丸宝瓶灌顶，愿能获得脱离造作过患的长寿之权！ 如同如意宝珠，无需思虑便能涌现所需所愿一般，通过甘露长寿丸宝瓶灌顶，愿能成就一切愿望，获得长寿之权！ 如同英勇善战的将领，毫无骄慢地摧毁敌军一般，通过甘露长寿丸宝瓶灌顶，愿能摧毁敌对障碍，获得胜利之权！ 那摩！如此通过金刚寿命和宝瓶灌顶，愿能如转轮一般，具足身之寿命！如莲花堆叠一般，具足语之寿命！如燃烧的金刚一般，具足意之寿命！如珍宝堆积一般，具足功德之寿命！如挥舞的宝剑一般，具足事业之寿命！’说完撒花。 之后介绍圆满次第：从心间的寿命所依处放射光芒，将所有外器内情都融化为光，融入你所观想的本尊身。那光又融入心间的明点（藏文：ཐིག་ལེ།），以及其中的种子字（藏文：ནྲྀ，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，汉语字面意思：无意义，长寿种子字）。它逐渐汇聚到中心，安住于离戏、不死的本初状态中。 之后再次念诵吉祥祈愿文，弟子的后续行为和坛城的后续仪轨与其他相同。不变不死的长寿修法，是莲花生金刚（Padmasambhava）的心意伏藏之精华，囊括了娘（Nyang）伏藏和天梯（Namkha）伏藏的要点。娘伏藏和天梯伏藏的心意伏藏，是被称为上师长寿佛（Amitayus）长寿修法大成就法的章节。

Through the vase empowerment, may you obtain the power of longevity, free from defects! Just as the unborn vajra, like the cloudless, boundless sky, through the nectar longevity pill vase empowerment, may you obtain the power of longevity, free from compounded defects! Just as the wish-fulfilling jewel, effortlessly fulfilling all needs and desires, through the nectar longevity pill vase empowerment, may you accomplish all desires and obtain the power of longevity! Just as a brave and valorous general, without arrogance, destroys the enemy forces, through the nectar longevity pill vase empowerment, may you destroy enemy obstacles and obtain the power of victory! Namo! Thus, through the vajra life and vase empowerment, may you possess the life of the body like a turning wheel! Like a stack of lotuses, may you possess the life of speech! Like a blazing vajra, may you possess the life of mind! Like a pile of jewels, may you possess the life of qualities! Like a brandished sword, may you possess the life of activity!' Having said this, scatter flowers. Then, introduce the Completion Stage: From the life-sustaining essence in the heart, rays of light radiate, dissolving all outer and inner phenomena into light, which then dissolves into the deity form you visualize. That light then dissolves into the thigle (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ།) in the heart, along with the seed syllable (Tibetan: ནྲྀ，Devanagari: नृ，Romanized Sanskrit: nṛ, Literal meaning: meaningless, longevity seed syllable) within it. It gradually gathers into the center, and rest in equanimity in the uncontrived, deathless, primordial state. After that, recite auspicious prayers again. The subsequent actions for the disciples and the concluding rituals for the mandala are the same as others. This unchanging, deathless longevity practice is the essence of Padmasambhava's mind treasure, encompassing the key points of the Nyang treasure and the Namkha treasure.
