ྱོད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །པདྨའི་བཀའ་བསྩལ་སྙིང་པོ་ཀུན། །མན་ཤེལ་ཉམས་དགའི་བརྡ་ཐབས་ཀྱིས། །སེམས་ཀྱི་འཆིངས་གྲོལ་མཆོག་སྟོན་པ། །ཡི་གེ་འདི་ལ་ཡིད་ཆེས་སྐྱེད། །པདྨའི་ལམ་རིམ་གྱི་གནད་འདོམས་ཁོལ་ཕྱུང་ངོ་།། །། ཞེས་རྗེ་བཙུན་ཀུན་དགའ་གྲོལ་མཆོག་གི་རྡོ་རྗེའི་གསུང་ལས་བྱུང་བའོ། །མངྒ་ལཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ།།

如此行持。莲花生（Padma，莲花中诞生）的教诲精华，以曼殊室利（Manjushri，文殊菩萨）喜悦的象征方法，揭示心之束缚解脱之殊胜，于此文字生起信心。莲花生道次第之要诀精要。这是从至尊贡嘎珠钦（Kunga Drolchok）的金刚语中流出的。吉祥圆满！
