‘When it dawns outwardly, meditate in the state of non-dual union.’ This means that when the far-reaching lamp (Tibetan: རྒྱང་ཞགས་སྒྲོན་མ་, meaning: a type of contemplation) arises through the door of eye consciousness, it is a mistake to not recognize one's own nature and cling to duality. If one meditates in the union of indivisible space and awareness, one can realize one's own nature of primordial awareness and attain Buddhahood. This is a particularly excellent swift path. To explain this in detail: ‘Generate the power of Tögal (Tibetan: ཐོད་རྒལ་, meaning: transcendence) wisdom.’ This means that after realizing the meaning of Trekchö (Tibetan: ཁྲེགས་ཆོད་, meaning: cutting through), one should diligently practice or generate the power of Tögal. ‘The posture of the body should embody the three kāyas.’ This means that in a secluded place, one should let go of all trivial matters. The posture of the Dharmakāya is: the body is upright like a lion, the fingers are curled, the soles of the feet are facing each other and placed in the center, and the eyes look upwards. The posture of the Sambhogakāya is: lying on one's side like an elephant, with the knees and chest close together, the elbows propped on the ground, the hands supporting the cheeks, the eyes looking sideways, and the neck slightly raised. The posture of the Nirmāṇakāya is: sitting cross-legged like a sage, with the soles of the feet touching the ground, the hands crossed on the knees, the palms covering the elbows, and the eyes looking downwards. ‘The speech should be slow and the breath should be gentle.’ This means that the breath should not be exhaled or inhaled through the nostrils, but through the mouth, with the inner and outer balanced. Beginners should slightly restrain the breath inward, without using force. If unpleasant thoughts or feelings arise, exhale forcefully and hold the breath slightly. ‘The door should be the reversed and sidelong gaze.’ This means that the way of looking for the Dharmakāya is to look upwards, like the crown of the head. The way of looking for the Sambhogakāya is to look sideways, like a Brahmin measuring with a straight bamboo stick. The way of looking for the Nirmāṇakāya is to look downwards, like a sage abiding in meditation. ‘The environment should be a clear sky without clouds.’ This means that the sky should be clear and blue, facing the light of the rising or setting sun, which is necessary for the easy manifestation of clear light. ‘Because the four lamps, inner and outer, are complete.’ This means: ‘Self-arisen from the sky-like nature.’ This means that the inner pure realm of Kadak (Tibetan: ཀ་དག་, meaning: primordial purity), the self-arisen pure realm that arises from the nature of space, is: ‘The great fire of wisdom awareness.’ This means that the essence of wisdom is emptiness, the nature is clear light of primordial awareness, and compassion is spontaneously fulfilled. These three are inseparable, which is the original face of one's own mind, the self-arisen lamp of wisdom. ‘The great light of appearances shines forth.’ This means that from the perspective of the nature of clarity, there is a palace of five lights in the heart, which is the lamp of the pure ground. ‘Primordial awareness manifests clearly.’ This means that the awareness Vajra Chain (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་ལུ་གུ་རྒྱུད།), the cluster of five bindus (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ་,梵文:bindu,梵文天城体:बिन्दु,梵文罗马拟音:bindu,汉语字面意思:点), possessing the form of the five Buddha families, is the bindu lamp. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

English
The phrase 'Lamp of Emptiness, Light of Beings, Lamp of Wisdom' means that the appearance of the light of wisdom in the center of the eyeball is the gateway to awakening, like a lamp of rainbow light. The phrase 'Supreme Mantra, Lord of Mantras, King of Awareness' means that the supreme and unsurpassed mantras also arise from this, which is the king of oral instructions for directly realizing the wisdom of awareness, Ati Dzogchen. The phrase 'King of Secret Mantras, Accomplishing Great Benefit' means that holding this king of secret mantras is a means to quickly attain Buddhahood and accomplish great benefit. The phrase 'Great Crown, Rare Crown' means that the crown is the Samadhi of viewing all things, and by using the key points such as the Dharmakaya's way of seeing, one can see the clear light's own radiance. The phrase 'Great Splendor, Light' means that seeing the qualities of the realms, the great splendor of the clear light's own radiance, thereby dispelling the darkness of ignorance. That is to say, those that appear outward from the manifestation of inner nature, such as the manifestation of nature, awareness, and the three bindus, although called lamps, their meaning does not come from elsewhere. The phrase 'Nature, Awareness, and Bindus are all clear' means that primarily relying on an upright posture, with the other two as support. The way of viewing should also be to look downwards. That is to say, the key is to look at the target without moving the eyes and with relaxation. As it is said, 'In the clear sky, white light shines, the light of wisdom is bright.' If you cannot see the bindu from the white light, adjust your eyes to face straight ahead. If you cannot see the light of nature, look at it obliquely from the side of the sun, adjusting the angle slightly. If there is more white, turn to the right. If there is more yellow, look up. If there is more green, turn to the left. If there is more red, look down. If there is more blue, concentrate in the middle. If the five colors appear evenly, do not change the way of viewing. At a distance of about an arm's length in the sunlight, viewing with the Dharmakaya's way of seeing, awareness appears in the light of space like a golden thread, adorned with extremely fine bindus in between. Lengthen the distance with the Sambhogakaya's way of seeing, and then maintain it for a long time with the Nirmanakaya's way of seeing. If it is unstable and disappears immediately, first stare at the edge of the sun for a long time, and then lengthen the distance. At this time, keep the body still, do not speak, and watch with unwavering awareness. In the morning, first lengthen the distance to the left of the sun, pause for a moment, then lengthen to the south, and then lengthen to the west. Similarly, in the evening, lengthen to the north. By making such efforts, it will initially appear above the eyebrows, and then separate from the space between the eyebrows and appear in front like a spread of brocade. The three of nature, awareness, and bindus. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
