By the force of circumstances, there is no need to rely on substances and words. The supreme empowerment of all victorious Buddhas can bestow blessings a billion times in an instant. Therefore, there is no need for elaborate rituals; everything can be accomplished to attain complete enlightenment. Ati bishuddha dhatu ah ah ah (藏文：ཨ་ཏི་བི་ཤུདྡྷ་དྷཱ་ཏུ་ཨ་ཨ་ཨ，梵文天城体：अतिविशुद्धधातु अह अह अह，梵文罗马拟音：ati viśuddha dhātu āḥ āḥ āḥ，汉语字面意思：Utterly Pure Realm Ah Ah Ah). Hold a joyous feast of the assembly wheel. Although various distinctions of empowerment are taught in many heart-essence instructions, this is the heart's essence. Samaya (藏文：ས་མ་ཡ，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：Vow/Precept). For the common disciples who are suitable vessels for secret mantra, gather the substances for empowerment, such as the mandala and vase. After accomplishing them well, in order for the disciples to develop faith in the supreme vehicle and to obtain the fruit of secret mantra, respectfully prostrate to the lama, the protector, and pray to fulfill all wishes. In the vase of great bliss and secrecy, may the wisdom bindu condense into essence. By empowering with bodhicitta, may the aggregates and elements arise as the forms of deities.
