མའི་གྲོལ་སར་དབུགས་འབྱིན་ཤོག །ཅེས་པའི་ཚུལ་འདི་ལ་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་པདྨ་ཚེ་དབང་རྒྱལ་པོའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དགོངས་འདུས་ནས་དབང་སྒྲུབ་སོགས་ཁ་འགེངས་དགོས་པར་སྣང་ཡང་དཔེ་ལུང་གི་རྒྱུན་མ་བཞུགས་པས། རྡོར་སེམས་སྙིང་ཐིག་དང་སྦྱར་ཏེ་ཁྱེར་བདེ་དོན་གསལ་གྱི་ཚུལ་དུ་འཆི་མེད་བསྟན་གཉིས་གཡུང་དྲུང་གླིང་པས་ཤྲཱི་དེ་བཱི་ཀོ་ཊིའི་སྒྲུབ་གནས་སུ་བགྱིས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །།

愿于母胎解脱处呼吸。（就）此等方式，本应由化身贝玛才旺嘉波（sprul sku pad+ma tshe dbang rgyal po，化身莲花寿命自在王）之《佛陀密意总集》（sangs rgyas dgongs 'dus）补足灌顶等内容，然因教典传承已不存续。故而，赤媚丹尼雍仲林巴（'chi med bstan gnyis g.yung drung gling pa）将之与《金刚萨埵心髓》（rdo rje sems snying thig）结合，于希瓦德瓦果地（shrI de bA+bi ko Ti，吉祥天女崖）之修行处，以易于携带、意义明晰之方式修持，吉祥增盛！

May I breathe forth in the place of liberation from the mother's womb. In this manner, it seems necessary to supplement the empowerments and other aspects from the 'Buddha's Intentions Confluence' (sangs rgyas dgongs 'dus) by Tulku Pema Tsewang Gyalpo (sprul sku pad+ma tshe dbang rgyal po, Incarnate Lotus Life Empowerment King), but since the lineage of textual transmission does not exist, Chimé Tennyi Yungdrung Lingpa ('chi med bstan gnyis g.yung drung gling pa) combined it with the 'Vajrasattva Heart Essence' (rdo rje sems snying thig) and practiced it in an easy-to-carry and clear-in-meaning manner at the practice place of Shri Devi Koti (shrI de bA+bi ko Ti, Auspicious Goddess Cliff).
