From 'Great Perfection One Resolution All Liberation', a concise guide to the preliminary, main, and subsequent practices, entitled 'Liberating All Bonds'. 'Great Perfection One Resolution All Liberation', a guide. Namo Guru Samantabhadraya (藏文:ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་ས་མནྟ་བྷ་དྲ་ཡ།,梵文天城体:नमः गुरु समन्तभद्राय,梵文罗马拟音:namaḥ guru samantabhadrāya,汉语字面意思:顶礼普贤上师). The basis of delusion, primordially pure and deeply clear, is liberated as the Dharmakaya (法身). The appearance of delusion, the clear light bindu (明点), arises as the Great Light. The common glory of samsara (轮回) and nirvana (涅槃), the primordial protector Lama (上师), I approach with devotion and faith, bestow the blessings of body, speech, and mind. The ultimate of all vehicles, the pinnacle of all profound paths, the profound and concise essence of the instructions of Ati One Resolution All Liberation. Therefore, the essence of the realization of all Buddhas of the three times, the summit of all vehicles, the heart essence of all dharmas, the secret instruction of Ati Yangsang One Resolution. Regardless of whether one's faculties are sharp or dull, or whether one's karmic connections are good or bad, this teaching sequence liberates merely upon hearing it. To enter this, when the teacher and student possess the qualities described in the texts, and when the conducive conditions of place, time, and companions are complete, first establish the general meaning through the six modes of explanation. The actual teaching is threefold: liberation through mere symbolic indication for those of sharp faculties, liberation through meditation for those of middling faculties, and liberation through verbal instruction for those of lesser faculties. The first is based on the symbolic instruction of bestowing the four uncommon empowerments in sequence. The second is to bring to fruition through the practice of familiarizing oneself with the recognition received during the empowerment. The third is what is to be explained here, which has three parts: the preliminary practice, the main practice, and the subsequent practice. The first of these has four aspects: turning the mind toward dharma by cultivating impermanence in the mindstream; turning dharma into the path by generating bodhicitta (菩提心); dispelling confusion on the path by supplicating the guru (上师); and causing delusion to arise as wisdom by distinguishing samsara (轮回) from nirvana (涅槃). The first is impermanence. The root text states: 'All beings, self and others, are in this great ocean of samsara (轮回). Even if one takes countless births, one only experiences suffering and delusion, without accomplishing anything meaningful. Now, when one has obtained this human body, if one does not practice dharma, it will be difficult to obtain this human body again in the future. Therefore, now, when one has obtained this human body' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
