不死的Vimalamitra(无垢友,一位伟大的上师)啊!

This is a supplication, and in any case: When the four luminous visions are perfected, may the unchanging awareness be established as the five kayas. The great transference of the rainbow body is a form of pure clarity. Immortal Vimalamitra (a great master)! Please regard me with compassion, and grant me manifest blessings now. Thus supplicate, and single-pointedly recite 'Om Ah Hum Guru Vimala Mitra Hum Hum'. Finally, receive the empowerment: Again, supplicate three times, and from the Om (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: o, Literal meaning: Om) at the lama's forehead, white light like a rising moon appears, and countless emanations identical to oneself arise. They dissolve into one's own forehead, purifying the obscurations of the body channels. One obtains the vase empowerment with conceptual elaboration. One has the authority to meditate on the mandala of the ground of appearance and existence. One surpasses the eighth bhumi. One is made capable of obtaining the fruit of the five kayas. From the Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: ā, Literal meaning: Ah) at the lama's throat, red light like the rays of the rising sun appears, and countless strings of vowels and consonants arise. They dissolve into one's own throat, purifying the obscurations of speech and wind. One obtains the secret empowerment without conceptual elaboration. One has the authority to recite the unborn, self-arisen vajra. One surpasses the eleventh bhumi. One is made capable of obtaining the fruit of the five aspects of speech. From the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हु, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) at the lama's heart, blue light like the essence of pure indigo appears, and countless blue, clear A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A) syllables arise. They dissolve into one's own heart, purifying the obscurations of the mind and bindu. One obtains the wisdom empowerment that is utterly without conceptual elaboration. One has the authority to meditate on the wisdom of great bliss and luminosity. One surpasses the thirteenth bhumi. One is made capable of obtaining the fruit of the five aspects of mind. Finally, from all three places of the lama, light like a rainbow appears, and from the precious citta-womb, a sphere of five lights, completely filled, arises. They dissolve into one's own three places and the center of the heart. The obscurations of equalizing wisdom are purified. One obtains the fourth empowerment that is utterly without conceptual elaboration. One has the authority to meditate on primordial purity, spontaneous presence, and union. One surpasses the bhumi of the wisdom lama. One is made capable of accomplishing the fruit of the five qualities and activities. In the end, the lama himself dissolves into light with joy, dissolving into the center where joy gathers at the brow, becoming a white bindu marked by the A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A), the size of a pea, clear, transparent, and unwavering. Focus on this, maintaining the natural state of awareness and emptiness, and rest in equanimity in that very nature. When rising from the session, recite 'By this virtue, may I quickly attain the glorious protector lama,' etc., with dedications and aspirations as appropriate, and then engage in the conduct between sessions. The detailed order of these visualizations should be learned from the instruction manual. When practicing the preliminaries, begin with the common seven branches of mind training, one by one. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Experience arises through segmented experience, especially by training the mind through non-conceptualization, thereby generating various Samadhis of Shamatha and Vipassana in the continuum. In terms of quantity, refuge and so on, taking refuge and generating Bodhicitta, the Vajrasattva mantra (Hundred Syllable Mantra), mantras for accumulating merit, etc., should be completed one hundred thousand times. It would be even better if one could complete one hundred thousand prostrations combined with the seven-branch prayer. In particular, one hundred thousand recitations of the supplication prayer, and ten times one hundred thousand recitations of the supplication prayer, etc., should be done at a minimum for practice. The main thing is to strive until one's own experience and signs arise, so that there is no difficulty in generating the qualities of realization of the main practice. Therefore, it is essential to establish the foundation of the preliminaries. This passage is also from the 'Quintessence of Instructions, Condensed Essence Point, Secret Perfection,' explained in a slightly expanded manner. May the merit of compiling these mere oral recitations into a book by the radiant emanation Vajra, become the cause for delivering all connected beings to the primordial state of Samantabhadra! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
