Namaḥ sarva tathāgata avalokite oṃ sambhara sambhara hūṃ (Tibetan: ན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་ཝ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ་ཨོཾ་སམྦྷ་ར་སམྦྷ་ར་ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: नमः सर्व तथागत अवलोकिते ओṃ सम्भर सम्भर हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: namaḥ sarva tathāgata avalokite oṃ sambhara sambhara hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage to all Tathagatas, Avalokiteśvara, Oṃ, Accumulate, Accumulate, Hūṃ). Dedicate after reciting seven times. Homage to the Tathāgata Ratnasambhava (Precious Origin). Homage to the Tathāgata Beautiful Form. Homage to the Tathāgata Boundless Body. Homage to the Tathāgata Free from All Fear. Recite the names of these four Tathāgatas. This offering torma, endowed with five perfect qualities, is to repay the debts of you, the enemy who has broken vows: repaying the debt of killing and causing a short life, repaying the debt of beating and causing much illness, repaying the debt of stealing and plundering, causing poverty, repaying the debt of being killed by men, horses, swords, repaying the debt of falling from high castles, repaying the debt of attacking low-lying villages, repaying the debt of gold, silver, and coral, repaying the debt of granaries and grains, repaying the debt of flowing garments. All these debts are repaid to you. From today onwards, may the debts be cleared, all debts be paid off, and all blood feuds be resolved! Recite in this way a hundred times or dedicate according to the number of years. Place the offering bowl on the ground and spin it three times, causing the enemy to become dizzy, vomiting out all merit and power, their physical strength and glory gradually diminishing, and finally disappearing into the ground, merging into darkness. Visualize in this way. If the opponent has great merit, there is a secret to prostration: At the end of the session, summon and draw in the enemy's image from the offering bowl mentioned above. Then, hang relics or other blessed objects of your own lineage around your neck. Visualize yourself as the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha, surrounded by a thousand Buddhas, with long hair transforming into swords, and short hair transforming into razors and saws. Generate reverence for the enemy's image and glory, and prostrate. When the body rises, split upwards; when retreating, split backwards. Visualize their life and merit exhausted, sinking into the nine levels of the earth, disappearing into the darkness. Recite the long mantra: Oṃ Yama King Kong, etc., ending with Tadyathā, and prostrate. If possible, have four monks carry Prajñāpāramitā scriptures. Transform yourself into Shakyamuni Buddha, and with five hundred Arhats, circle the enemy once, visualizing all their merit exhausted, recite the long mantra and circumambulate three times. After the practice is completed, bury the enemy's image and the thread at a crossroads or under a doorway. Always carry the ox horn with you as a support for visualization, and regularly make offerings to the deities. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The deity should be placed as if pressing down with the feet. Furthermore, to explain a little about the third part, the supplementary meaning: As mentioned above, this 'Action Manual' (las kyi byang bu) from the King Kong Dmar Nag compiled by Lotsawa Tsewang Kunkhyab, includes the 'Essential Points of the Langru Instructions' (glang ru man ngag gnad ldan). Apart from a 'Small Scattered Torma' (ling chung thun gtor), there is no need to gather any other substances or tormas. The amount of recitation is moderate, and it contains all the key points for pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and destroying. Therefore, it is excellent for daily practice. In particular, if you want to perform each of the activities of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and destroying separately, and to avert with mdos, or the instructions for 'Throwing the Zor', you should refer to the root text, the Zurkhar Writings or the Collected Poisonous Ox Rituals, which were composed by Lotsawa Tsewang Kunkhyab, and learn from them. The benefits of practicing in this way are: By reciting and meditating for one day, immediate obstacles are averted. If you practice properly for five days, all internal and external obstacles, such as border wars, will be pacified, and all desires for worldly and transcendental siddhis will be fulfilled as desired. Its virtues are endless, as exemplified by praise. Both in the past and present, stories of the accomplishments of those who hold the vidya-mantra of this supreme deity have spread like the wind. Therefore, those with good fortune and intelligence should rely on the two stages of this supreme deity's path to greatly increase the auspicious appearances of immediate and lasting benefit. May the enemy and obstructing forces that harm the teachings and beings, be utterly burned by the powerful fire of their thorny strength, so that the medicinal landscape of benefit and happiness may spread everywhere! This precious written record of essential instructions, complete with unerring oral transmission, was compiled by Padma Garwang Tsal as a special supplement to the Rinchen Terdzö, seeing its great importance. May auspiciousness increase! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
