Half raised upwards, half hanging downwards, the end swaying uncertainly, appearing in the center of a powerful firestorm. The support for practice - a sword, raised high in the right hand, inserted into the cave below for suppression. Striking with a huge hammer-like enemy axe, the earth cracks open, and the surrounding ocean appears in a blue-green light. In that center, the black dragon demon Tīpāca (Tibetan: ཀླུ་བདུད་ནག་པོ་ཏི་པ་ཙ།). The dragon demon with the head of a burning Makara (sea monster) raises its head upwards, opens its mouth wide, connecting heaven and earth, its tongue flashing like lightning. Its teeth and fangs stand like snow mountains, its two eyes shining like the sun and moon. You who hold the snake lasso and the disease bag, open your mouth! Open your mouth that connects heaven and earth, and offer as food to you those enemies who break their vows and harm others, along with their property and retinue, devour them! Chant 'ནྲི་ཏྲི་ཛཿ' (Tibetan, Devanagari: न्रि त्रि जः, Romanized Sanskrit: nri tri jah, Destroyer) throw the Lingam (Tibetan: ལིངྒ་, Devanagari: लिङ्ग, Romanized Sanskrit: liṅga, Symbol) along with harmful objects into the hole, and offer it as food to the dragon demon. Hold the black tail of the implement in your right hand and wave it, reciting the curse once, causing all the included earth deities and dragon deities to rejoice. All the children make 'ཙིར་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: चिर, Romanized Sanskrit: cira, Onomatopoeia) and 'དིར་དིར་' (Tibetan, Devanagari: दिर दिर, Romanized Sanskrit: dira dira, Onomatopoeia) sounds. Through the method of suppression, those enemies who break their vows will not be released until the end of the kalpa (aeon). Just as the Makara opens its mouth and devours the sun and moon, sink into the depths of the ocean in a dark shroud. Sink into the city of Yama (Tibetan: གཤིན་རྗེ།, Devanagari: यम, Romanized Sanskrit: Yama, Lord of Death) seven layers underground. At this time, cover with various tombstones with Vajra (diamond scepter) patterns, suppress with stones, and compact tightly. Below the sky, wind, fire, water, earth, and Mount Sumeru (Tibetan: རི་རབ།, Devanagari: सुमेरु, Romanized Sanskrit: Sumeru, Center of the Universe), chant 'ནྲི་ཏྲི་སརྦ་སྟྭམྦྷ་ཡ་ལ་ནན།' (Tibetan, Devanagari: न्रि त्रि सर्व स्तम्भय यल नन, Romanized Sanskrit: nri tri sarva stambhaya yala nan, Destroy, All, Suppress, Here, Suppress). Until the supreme Bodhicitta (mind of enlightenment) arises, because it has been suppressed, do not rise! Blessed by the Buddha (Tibetan: སངས་རྒྱས།, Devanagari: बुद्ध, Romanized Sanskrit: Buddha, Awakened One) who accomplishes all benefits. Meditate in the Dharmadhatu (realm of truth) free from conceptualization. Rest in the state of Natural Great Perfection (Tibetan: རང་བཞིན་རྫོགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ།). The profound treasure tradition of Dumba Gyaton Zhangtrom (Tibetan: དུམ་པ་རྒྱ་སྟོན་ཞང་ཁྲོམ་ཟབ་གཏེར་ལུགས།). Although 'Wind Practice' (Tibetan: རླུང་སྒྲུབ་) is very famous, both profound and powerful, because they do not understand the hidden meaning, I see that most people are confused about the method of practice. Some want to expand, covering extensively from other places, leading to distraction and futile efforts. Some merely perform recitations and curses without Samadhi (meditative absorption), and practice in this way. I find this to be entirely a mistaken system. Therefore, according to the teachings of the Vidyadhara (knowledge holder) lineage, the verses are easy to recite, the visualization is easy to practice, and the images are clear, which generates joy for oneself and others. This, complete with preliminary, main, and concluding practices, possessing blessings and power, is for the sake of those disciples and followers who hold vows, in the degenerate age, to counter the power of the powerful black magicians. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
