观想自身，于脐间，以金刚交杵镇压，令身不动。念诵三千遍『വം』(藏文，梵文天城体：वं，梵文罗马拟音：vaṃ，种子字)后，以黑芥子作朵玛。 将太阳晒至血红，焚烧阴户和黑矮人的头发，进行事业。将灰烬与黑色母牦牛的粪便混合，做成一条鱼，压在寺庙的门槛下。甚深！伊提！这是无与伦比的口诀！是诛杀的命根利刃！是守护教法的兵器！是诛杀班禅之敌、咒语反噬者的刽子手！愿这迅疾如风的利刃，与具足智慧、慈悲者相遇！ 顶礼智慧之母！以此般若波罗蜜多佛陀的加持力！令身心、寿命、魂魄分离！从般若心经的字句中，无需修习，无需讲说，无需念诵，无需抛掷朵玛。即使仇敌作祟，亦不能反噬自身，仇敌自毙。以糌粑制作仇敌之像，置于三角形的朵玛坑中，其中放置仇敌的林伽，连同姓名和骸骨，仰面朝天放置。于心脏处刺入一根铜针，从头顶百会向下穿出，若欲杀之，则向上挑出，若欲使其衰败，则向下刺入。朵玛的材料：多人被杀之地、废墟，喜好腐烂的山和黑色的石头。从杀人之地取来的石头，尤其喜好刚杀人后的黑色石头。若未找到，则喜好焚尸后的黑色石头。念诵咒语，加持朵玛，击打仇敌之像，速死。以上的准备工作等，皆于朵玛坑中进行。将仇敌的林伽，连同姓名和骸骨，书写后放入其中，以石朵玛击打。若出现黝黑发亮的石头，则说明以朵玛击打必死无疑。于朵玛坑的三个角，各放置一个带有姓名和骸骨的林伽。上下两类，皆按此方法放入林伽。以下是忿怒咒语：嗡 拿摩 布达雅（藏文，梵文天城体：ओँ नमो बुद्धाय，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ namo buddhāya，敬礼佛陀） 达摩雅（藏文，梵文天城体：धर्माय，梵文罗马拟音：dharmāya，敬礼佛法） 僧伽雅（藏文，梵文天城体：संघाय，梵文罗马拟音：saṃghāya，敬礼僧伽） 菩提萨埵雅（藏文，梵文天城体：बोधिसत्त्वाय，梵文罗马拟音：bodhisattvāya，敬礼菩萨） 达地雅他（藏文，梵文天城体：तद्यथा，梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā，即说咒曰）：嗡 嘎德 嘎德 巴Ra嘎德 巴Ra桑嘎德 菩提 梭哈（藏文，梵文天城体：ओँ गते गते पारगते पारसंगते बोधि स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ gate gate pāragate pārasaṃgate bodhi svāhā，嗡，去吧，去吧，到彼岸去吧，完全到彼岸去吧，觉悟，梭哈！） 杭 恰 达 恰，卡让 杰，扎日 杰，古汝 杜汝，则达 榜，玛Ra 玛Ra，切给摩伊 则达雅，哈Ra 哈Ra。征兆：若于自己的枕边，梦见仇敌的生命被杀，则必定成就。修法两三天，若不成就，则重修一次，若仍不成就，则重修三次，此乃口诀。如此则毫无疑问必定成就。此法无需设结界，有时本尊会降临于自身。

Visualize yourself with a golden vajra cross pressed against your navel, immobilizing your body. Recite 'വം' (Tibetan, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Seed Syllable) three thousand times, then strike with a black mustard seed Torma. Bake the sun until it is blood-red, burn the vulva and the hair of a black dwarf, and perform the ritual. Mix the ashes with the dung of a black female yak, make it into a fish, and press it under the threshold of the temple. Profound! Iti! This is an unparalleled instruction! It is the razor of life for assassination! It is the weapon to protect the Dharma! It is the executioner of the enemy of the Panchen Lama, the one who reverses mantras! May this swift, wind-like razor meet with those who possess wisdom and compassion! Homage to the Mother of Wisdom! By the power of this Prajnaparamita Buddha! May body, mind, life, and soul be separated! From the words of the Heart Sutra, there is no need to practice, no need to explain, no need to recite, no need to cast Tormas. Even if the enemy casts spells, they will not rebound on oneself; the enemy will perish. Fashion an image of the enemy from tsampa, place it in a triangular Torma pit, and place the enemy's lingam, along with their name and bones, face up. Pierce a copper needle into the heart, piercing downwards from the crown of the head. If you wish to kill, pull it upwards; if you wish to weaken, pierce it downwards. The materials for the Torma: a place where many have been killed, ruins, a preference for rotten mountains and black stones. A stone taken from a place of killing, especially a black stone after a recent killing, is preferred. If not found, a black stone after cremation is preferred. Recite the mantra, bless the Torma, strike the enemy's image, and they will die quickly. All the above preparations, etc., are done in the Torma pit. Write the enemy's lingam, along with their name and bones, and place it inside, then strike it with a stone Torma. If a dark, shiny stone appears, it is said that striking with the Torma will surely kill. Place a lingam with a name and bones in each of the three corners of the Torma pit. Place the lingams in this way for both the upper and lower classes.
