On the foot of a vulture, wrap a thread, blow and huff. Sprinkle with white mustard seeds. Send it to the middle of a great river. By doing this, without a doubt, he will be expelled from that place. Atisha! Regarding the samaya of this Namser Sprinsebma (Cloud Between the Clouds Vaishravana): In the three realms, he is of the highest lineage. He is a noble youth, possessing great wisdom. He is a great possessor of merit, wealthy. He is a great possessor of power, with a beautiful castle. He possesses many fields. His glory, wealth, and fame are as vast as the sky. He possesses great strength, power, and miraculous abilities. He possesses all auspiciousness and well-being. He is learned and disciplined. He is long-lived. He protects the Buddha's teachings in order to guide all sentient beings and propagate the Dharma. He is the master of the teachings. He is the source of all worldly and transworldly siddhis. He is complete with all the marks and signs of a Buddha. Do not be separated from the arrogance of thinking that you are supreme in the three realms. The terma of Namser Sprinsebma (Cloud Between the Clouds Vaishravana) composed by the great master Padmasambhava is complete.
