于颅骨器皿之中，陈设具备三根本、五轮的大朵玛。 以白红菩提心的庄严来修饰，以融乐的智慧圆满大乐。 于本初清净任运成就之基的朵玛器皿中，陈设明觉技艺无碍之法身大朵玛。 以离于能取所取之如是性来修饰，以超离心识、不可言说、无有边际与中心来圆满。 外之圆满是：吽！ 此外，用于圆满誓言之物，甘露妙药之供养，以及血红之阿伽，和奇妙之朵玛，吉祥八宝、轮王七政。 以无量供养之差别，因法性不变之故，圆满无量光（阿弥陀佛）之誓言。 为令五毒清净于法界，圆满五种姓长寿天之誓言。 为令五蕴清净于本位，圆满五长寿天母之誓言。 为以慈悲调伏众生，圆满观世音之誓言。 为于轮涅一切自在，圆满莲花生大士之誓言。 为摄集不死长寿之精华，圆满曼达拉娃之誓言。 为令方便智慧二无别，圆满卡钦措嘉（空行母措嘉佛母）之誓言。 为生起殊胜之喜乐，圆满大乐女王（益西措嘉佛母）之誓言。 为生起无漏之安乐，圆满持光母之誓言。 为令一切众生皆成熟解脱，圆满君臣二十五尊之誓言。 为转成熟解脱之法轮，圆满根本传承上师之誓言。 为令众生积聚福德，圆满身之至尊财神之誓言。 为令布施波罗蜜圆满，圆满四种姓财神之誓言。 为令疾病邪魔障碍寂灭，圆满金刚空行母之誓言。 为令寿命权势智慧增长，圆满宝生空行母之誓言。 为令三界有情自在摄伏，圆满莲花空行母之誓言。 为令中断恶毒诛灭，圆满羯磨空行母之誓言。 为令甚深教法弘扬，圆满内外护法之誓言。 如是圆满誓言之后，祈请息灭我等所违犯之誓言。 祈赐殊胜与共同之成就。 忏悔是：吽！ 从无始以来直至如今，因无明烦恼之影响所造作，于根本传承上师们之前，身语意三门伺候不周，我忏悔。 于道友金刚兄弟姐妹们之前，誓言情意不够，我忏悔。 于本尊坛城诸尊之前，念诵修持岁月流逝，我忏悔。 于空行护法众之前，会供朵玛不及时，我忏悔。 于财神地神之前，供养下施不够，我忏悔。 于伏藏护法众之前，供养朵玛延误时日，我忏悔。 于六道父母众之前，慈悲利他之心不足，我忏悔。

In the skullcup, arrange the great Torma endowed with the Three Roots and Five Chakras. Adorned with the ornaments of white and red Bodhicitta, fulfill the great bliss with the wisdom of melting bliss. In the Torma vessel of the spontaneously accomplished ground of primordial purity, arrange the great Torma of the Dharmakaya, unceasing in its skillful means. Adorned with Suchness, free from grasping, fulfill it with that which transcends the mind, is inexpressible, and free from beginning, end, and center. The outer fulfillment is: HUNG! Furthermore, substances for fulfilling the Samaya, offerings of nectar and medicine, and Rakta, the red Argham, and wondrous Tormas, the Eight Auspicious Symbols, and the Seven Royal Emblems. With countless distinctions of offerings, because the Dharmata is immutable, fulfill the Samaya of Limitless Light (Amitabha). In order to purify the five poisons into the Dharmadhatu, fulfill the Samaya of the Five Families of Longevity Gods. In order to purify the five aggregates into their natural state, fulfill the Samaya of the Five Longevity Goddesses. In order to tame beings with compassion, fulfill the Samaya of Avalokiteshvara. In order to control all of Samsara and Nirvana, fulfill the Samaya of Guru Padmasambhava. In order to gather the essence of immortal life, fulfill the Samaya of Mandarava. In order to make method and wisdom inseparable, fulfill the Samaya of Kharchen Tso Gyal (Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal). In order to generate supreme joy, fulfill the Samaya of the Queen of Great Bliss (Yeshe Tsogyal). In order to generate uncontaminated bliss, fulfill the Samaya of Odchangma. In order to ripen and liberate all beings, fulfill the Samaya of the Twenty-Five Disciples. In order to turn the Wheel of Dharma of ripening and liberation, fulfill the Samaya of the Root and Lineage Lamas. In order for beings to accumulate merit, fulfill the Samaya of the Supreme Dzambhala of the Body. In order to perfect the Paramita of Generosity, fulfill the Samaya of the Four Families of Dzambhala. In order to pacify disease, evil spirits, and obstacles, fulfill the Samaya of Vajra Dakini. In order to increase life, power, and wisdom, fulfill the Samaya of Ratna Dakini. In order to subdue the three realms and the three existences, fulfill the Samaya of Padma Dakini. In order to destroy obstacles and malevolence, fulfill the Samaya of Karma Dakini. In order to propagate the profound Dharma teachings, fulfill the Samaya of the Outer and Inner Treasure Guardians. Having thus fulfilled the Samaya, purify the broken Samaya of ourselves. Grant supreme and common Siddhis. The confession is: HUNG! From beginningless time until now, accumulated under the influence of ignorance and afflictions, before the Root and Lineage Lamas, shortcomings in serving with body, speech, and mind, I confess. Before the Vajra brothers and sisters, lack of Samaya and affection, I confess. Before the Yidam deities of the Mandala, time spent in approach and accomplishment has passed, I confess. Before the Dakinis and Damchen, Tsok and Torma are not timely, I confess. Before the Wealth Gods and Earth Lords, offerings and generosity are insufficient, I confess. Before the Treasure Guardians, offerings and Tormas are delayed, I confess.
