Secondly, regarding continuation: From their hearts, invite countless white 'A' (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A) syllables, and let them dissolve into the 'A' syllable on your own tongue. Visualize your entire body filled with the light of white 'A' syllables, and recite. By doing so, you will obtain the Dharani of non-forgetfulness. Thirdly, regarding the method of debate: Visualize a blue-green sword on the thumb of your right hand, marked with the 'A' (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A) syllable on the hilt, and with flames burning at the tip of the sword. Light radiates from that 'A' syllable, striking the essence of wisdom—the white 'A' syllable—in the heart of the opponent. Like a magnet attracting iron, (the wisdom) gathers and dissolves into the edge of the sword. Then, it dissolves into your own heart, visualizing that his wisdom has become your aid. Again, flames emanate from the tip of the sword, striking the tongue of the opponent, visualizing that his tongue is scorched and burned. By doing so, it is impossible for you to fail in debate. Just as Paṇḍita Śākyaśrī subdued the heretics. Fourthly, regarding the activity of beans: Take white beans that have not been burned by fire or touched by oil, wrap them in white silk, and visualize yourself as Mañjuśrī, placing them under your tongue. During a solar or lunar eclipse, recite until the eclipse has ended, and the beans will sprout. Then, offer them with the milk of a red cow, the milk of a white goat, or clean water, and swallow them without letting them touch the sunlight. By doing so, wisdom will increase, the body will not have white hair or wrinkles, and you will have a long life. I and other beings of the six realms dwell in the forest of ignorance and darkness. Mañjuśrī illuminates like the sun; this is his method of practice. Following the footsteps of Mati, I, Gyaton (rgya ston), have composed this clarification. Please forgive any errors, and may the merit transform all beings into Mañjuśrī! Sarva Maṅgalaṃ! 《The Extremely Concise Practice of White Mañjuśrī According to the Mati Tradition—Essence of Ambrosia》 Namo Guru Mañjughoṣāya (Tibetan: གུ་རུ་མཉྫུ་གྷོ་ཥཱ་ཡ, Sanskrit Devanagari: गुरुमञ्जुघोषाया, Sanskrit Romanization: guru mañjughoṣāya, Literal meaning: Homage to Guru Mañjughoṣa). Wishing to practice White Mañjuśrī concisely, first take refuge and generate Bodhicitta as usual. Oṃ svabhāva śuddhāḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'haṃ. From emptiness, from the white Vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Seed syllable) and white Paṃ (Tibetan: པཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: पं, Sanskrit Romanization: paṃ, Literal meaning: Seed syllable) and white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: Seed syllable), above the ocean, appears a lotus and moon cushion. Upon it, one's own mind transforms into a white 'A' syllable, radiating light, offering to the noble ones, and purifying the two obscurations of all beings. The light gathers back, completely transforming into oneself—Mañjuśrī. One face, two arms, the right hand in the supreme giving mudra, holding an Utpala flower in the left. Seated in Vajra posture, radiating light. Dressed in white silk, adorned with precious jewels. The color of an autumn moon, possessing the youth of sixteen. In the center of the heart is a moon --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Join palms: The essence is unerring, deeply understanding the nature of reality, all phenomena are clearly seen as they are. With great compassion and immeasurable skillful means, I prostrate to the one who saves beings from the endless ocean of samsara. Manjushri, protector, I respectfully remember you, through practice, recitation, excellent offerings, and sincere praise. May you, through your blessings, dispel the darkness of ignorance, and like the sun rising in a cloudless sky, may clarity and light shine forth.' Thus, praise and pray. By the merit of accomplishing this practice, may all beings quickly attain the state of Manjushri, and with the light of good deeds of samsara and nirvana, may the lotus of benefit and happiness bloom, may there be auspiciousness! This was written by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo ( 'Jam dbyangs mkhyen brtse'i dbang po), with some additions, based on the original text of the teacher Sgegpa'i Dorje, with the intention of benefiting some interested individuals. May it be auspicious! These are the supplementary verses of praise needed when practicing White Manjushri. Om Svasti (藏文:ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི,梵文天城体:ओṃ स्वस्ति,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ svasti,汉语字面意思:嗡,吉祥)! In the practice of White Manjushri of the Mati tradition, the verses of praise corresponding to the generation stage, from the praise composed by Pandit Mati, starting with 'I prostrate to the one who radiates immeasurable light', as usual. Then: On the right is Samantabhadra, sky blue in color, with one face and two arms, holding a whisk and a jewel. By remembering him, one can fulfill the supreme aspiration of Bodhisattva conduct, I prostrate. On the left is Avalokiteshvara, moon-white in color, with one face and two arms, holding a whisk and a white lotus. With great compassion, he grants the breath of benefit and happiness to limitless sentient beings, I prostrate. Above in the sky, amidst the continuous clouds, two youthful vidyadharas of the immortal lineage, holding garlands of divine flowers, showering offerings, I prostrate. In short, in the mind of faith, the pure land appears, along with the deity and retinue. All are born from the wisdom play of Manjushri, therefore I prostrate with constant reverence.
