从中央，吉祥长寿佛（Tshe-dpag-med，无量寿佛）： 尊胜佛（rNam-par-snang-mdzad，毗卢遮那佛）长寿佛！ 愿将此长寿所依物完全稳固，令长寿精华融入其中！ 吽 (Hūṃ)！ 从东方，金刚长寿佛！长寿所依物！长寿精华！吽 (Hūṃ)！ 从南方，珍宝长寿佛！长寿所依物！长寿精华！吽 (Hūṃ)！ 从西方，无量光（sNang-mtha，阿弥陀佛）长寿佛！长寿所依物！长寿精华！吽 (Hūṃ)！ 从北方，不空成就（Don-grub，不空成就佛）长寿佛！长寿所依物！长寿精华！吽 (Hūṃ)！ 从虚空界，持寿母（Tshe-'dzin-ma）！ 诸佛之母，空行母！ 以燃烧之轮，获得增长！ 将此寿命交付，守护此生命！ 吽 (Hūṃ)！ 从东方，寿命！金刚部！以燃烧的金刚！交付此寿命！吽 (Hūṃ)！ 从南方，方向！珍宝部！以燃烧的珍宝！交付此寿命！吽 (Hūṃ)！ 从西方，莲花部！以燃烧的莲花！交付此寿命！吽 (Hūṃ)！ 从北方，事业部！以燃烧的十字杵！交付此寿命！ 之后是吉祥： 奇！ 金刚长寿吉祥！ 珍宝长寿吉祥！莲花长寿！事业长寿！ 五位天女的长寿吉祥祈愿圆满！ 如我莲花生（Padma-’byung-gnas，莲花生大士），阻断双足寿命的障碍！ 胜过此法的祈请，如同用铁蹄包裹的马蹄，即使寻遍整个世界，也无法找到！ 愿与具缘有缘者相遇！ 这是莲花生洲（Padma-gling-pa）的伏藏法。 此法的传承：从涅多噶举（gNas-mdo-kar-brgyud）方向依次传承：证悟者衮秋坚赞（rTogs-ldan-dkon-mchog-rgyal-mtshan），全知钦哲旺波（Kun-gzigs-mkhyen-brtse'i-dbang-po）。由他传授。
