Touch the tongue to the palate, make secret contact. In the heart, visualize the Dharmakaya Vajradhara (Chos rdo rje la). In his heart, visualize Amitayus Wisdom Hero (ye shes sems dpa' tshe dpag med), and on his four limbs, visualize Padmadhatvishvari (padma dbyings phyug ma). Furthermore, in all parts of the body, clearly visualize the countless emanations of the Three Roots Longevity Deities. Note: Clearly visualize, descend and stabilize wisdom. Invoke the deity, then perform the vase empowerment: Hrīḥ (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Humility)! Auspicious vase, free from elaboration, perfect Dharmakaya. Containing the essence, the Sambhogakaya Dakini's mandala manifests. Light merges, through bestowing the empowerment of immortal nectar: May the supreme empowerment of the vase body be attained! Root mantra and: kāyā abhiṣiñca oṃ. Secret empowerment, bestow the nectar of the skull cup: Hrīḥ (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Humility)! Guru immortal wisdom Chandali (bla ma 'chi med ye shes tsaN+Da lI), united with Padma Amitayus (pad+ma tshe dpag med): Through bestowing the empowerment of the essence Bodhicitta: May the supreme empowerment of secret speech be attained! vāka abhiṣiñca ā. Essence of samsara and nirvana, the form of unchanging bindu. Through bestowing this essence extraction longevity pill: May the roots, channels, and bindus, the power of the four joys blaze. May the supreme empowerment of great bliss mind be attained! citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ. Fourth empowerment, symbolized by the rainbow mirror: Hrīḥ (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Humility)! The essence of mind itself, primordial purity like a mirror. Spontaneous manifestation, shining like a rainbow. Through bestowing the empowerment of the indivisible, innate meaning: May the supreme empowerment of awareness, talent, and wisdom be attained! jñāna abhiṣiñca ā ā. Finally, place the longevity torma on the crown of the head: Hrīḥ (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Humility)! Dharmakaya nature, Bhagavan Amitabha (bCom ldan snang mtha' yas). Five-fold perfect Sambhogakaya, Protector Amitayus (mGon po tshe dpag med). Nirmanakaya, immortal goddess Chandali ('chi med lha mo tsaN+Da lI). Three bodies inseparable, Padmasambhava (pad+ma saM+b+ha ba). Dhatvishvari, the nature of longevity Mandarava (dbyings phyug tshe yi bdag nyid man+dhA ra). King, ministers, and retinue, Nubchen Namnying, etc. (gnubs chen nam snying sogs). Assembly of Vidyadharas and Dakinis who have attained immortality. Invoke the deity, increase the splendor of compassion. Fortunate disciples, sons of the lineage. Restore the diminished lifespan here and now. Dissolve obstacles and life-threatening situations into the clear light realm. Concentrate the essence of samsara and nirvana into the bindu at the heart center. Grant the supreme and common siddhis of youth, vase body, and freedom from birth and death! sarba siddhi abhiṣiñca hrīḥ. Afterwards, increase the longevity essence, bestow auspicious substances, and bless. Vow commitment, offer gratitude. Joyful feast gathering. Thus, this profound empowerment, may it become a vessel for the path. Pacify the fear of untimely death, increase lifespan, merit, and wisdom. In order to ultimately achieve the immortal body, fortunate ones should cherish and uphold it. Samaya!
