Regarding her heart essence instructions, there are three: Generation Stage, Completion Stage, and Empowerment. First, the practice and recitation of the Generation Stage: Practice through preliminary, main, and concluding parts. Samaya. First, the refuge and bodhicitta of the preliminary practice: Hrih! The essence of samsara and nirvana, the unchanging sphere of bindu, I take refuge in the assembly of Wisdom Dakinis. For the sake of all beings pervading the sky, I will accomplish the Immortal Longevity Vidyadhara. Second, the expulsion of obstacles and protection of boundaries: Hrih! The arising of ignorance, the maras of life, the obstacles of interruption, dissolve into the expanse of awareness, free from elaboration. In the space of the Vajra Yogini who reverses samsara, the unchanging, indestructible protective boundary is spontaneously accomplished. Hrih! Om Vajra Krodha Hayagriva Hulu Hulu Sarva Vighnan Uttsata Hum Phat! Vajra Jnana Raksha Bhrum! Third, the descent of blessings and offering waves: Hrih! The Three Roots of deities, compassion flashes like lightning, the splendor of wisdom play descends like rain. From emptiness, arises the sound of great bliss and compassion. Hrih! The red Hrih syllable appears like a rainbow, its light purifies all phenomena of samsara and nirvana. Within clarity and emptiness, in the space of the five Mother Buddhas, is the palace of Immortal Longevity, in the shape of a moon. In the center of the confluence of six wisdoms, on top of a lotus, sun, and moon, which is the union of method and wisdom.
