此殊胜之修法，胜于其他修法。 我祈请大悲观音，于适当时机弘扬此法。 最终，将其书写于黄纸之上，埋藏于三处宝藏之中。 此乃于འབུམ་རྫོང་དབང་ཕུག་（地名）所赐予之甚深宝藏。 未来之时，一位修行者将统治西藏。 他将被带到边境之地囚禁，拉萨的执政者将是ཤྲཱིས་（人名）。 从上方会有战争的威胁传来，时而安乐时而不乐。 尤其是在某个金猴年，西藏将发生不幸之事。 在那之前的火龙年或火蛇年，此甚深宝藏将会显现于世。 取出此宝藏之人，将是来自多康南部ཟལ་མོ་སྒང་（地名）的一位杰出人士。 他将调伏并转变众生。 届时，ཁྲི་སྲོང་（人名），བཻ་རོ་（人名），ལང་གྲོ་（人名），གཉགས་ཆེན་ཤུད་བུ་（人名），རྒྱལ་བ་མཆོག་དབྱངས་（人名），གཡུ་སྒྲ་སྙིང་（人名），མཚོ་རྒྱལ་འབྲོམ་བཟའ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སྒྲོན（人名），ཟུར་བཟའ་བུ་མོ་མེ་ཏོག་སྒྲོན（人名），དཔལ་གྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྷ་དཔལ་（人名），དཔལ་གྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་འབྲོག་མི་དཔལ（人名），མུ་ཁྲི་བཙད་པོ་འོ་བྲན་（人名），སྔགས་འཆང་ལས་རབ་ཤུད་བུ་བཟའ（人名），བནྡྷེ་རྡོར་རྒྱལ་ཆོས་བཟང་（人名）等，将出现在康区。 在藏地的左右翼，ཉང་བན་ཏིང་འཛིན་བཟང་པོ་（人名），ནམ་མཁའི་སྙིང་པོ་རྩེ་མང་（人名），དཔལ་བརྩེགས་ཅོག་རོ་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན（人名），རྨ་ཐོག་རཏྣ་ཁྱེ་འུ་ཆུང་（人名）将会出现。 在卫藏的左右地区，ཡེ་ཤེས་འོད་（人名），ཨཱ་ཙརྱཱ（人名），མུ་ཏིག་བཙན་པོ་ཡེ་ཤེས་དབྱངས（人名），བྱང་ཆུབ་སྒྲོན་（人名）等将会出现。 在洛扎门隅地区，རྒྱལ་བ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀླུའི་དབང་པོ（人名），རྒྱལ་བའི་བློ་གྲོས་（人名）等将会出现。 在唐古拉山脉地区，དཔལ་དབྱངས་དཔལ་རྡོར་བོན་ནམ་མཁའ（人名），འཇམ་དཔལ་སྤྱན་གཟིགས་ང་སྤྲུལ་（人名）将会出现。 他们都将弘扬大悲观音的教法。 此自生大悲观音之修法，是利益整个西藏的佛法。 此法深奥、完整、意义凝聚，包含了修法之精华，成熟解脱的加持云，利益众生的六种法，以及历史之水晶念珠。 如果内容有多有少，那是因为有缺失或增补的错误。 仅仅念诵一遍此自生大悲观音心髓，也能将轮回连根拔起。 当我们师徒成千上万的人修持此能将轮回连根拔起的法丸时，大悲观音的坛城会真实融入，有谁能体验到呢？ 大悲观音是无二的。

This supreme practice is superior to other practices. I pray to Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara to propagate this practice at the appropriate times. Finally, it was written on yellow paper and hidden in three treasures. This is the profound treasure bestowed at འབུམ་རྫོང་དབང་ཕུག་ (place name). In a future time, a practitioner will rule Tibet. He will be taken prisoner to a borderland, and the ruler of Lhasa will be ཤྲཱིས་ (person name). From above, there will be threats of war, sometimes peaceful and sometimes not. Especially in a certain Iron Monkey year, inauspicious events will occur in Tibet. Before that, in the Fire Dragon or Fire Snake year, this profound treasure will appear on earth. The person who extracts this treasure will be an outstanding individual from the southern part of Dokham, ཟལ་མོ་སྒང་ (place name). He will tame and transform beings. At that time, ཁྲི་སྲོང་ (person name), བཻ་རོ་ (person name), ལང་གྲོ་ (person name), གཉགས་ཆེན་ཤུད་བུ་ (person name), རྒྱལ་བ་མཆོག་དབྱངས་ (person name), གཡུ་སྒྲ་སྙིང་ (person name), མཚོ་རྒྱལ་འབྲོམ་བཟའ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སྒྲོན (person name), ཟུར་བཟའ་བུ་མོ་མེ་ཏོག་སྒྲོན (person name), དཔལ་གྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྷ་དཔལ་ (person name), དཔལ་གྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་འབྲོག་མི་དཔལ (person name), མུ་ཁྲི་བཙད་པོ་འོ་བྲན་ (person name), སྔགས་འཆང་ལས་རབ་ཤུད་བུ་བཟའ (person name), བནྡྷེ་རྡོར་རྒྱལ་ཆོས་བཟང་ (person name), etc., will appear in the Kham region. In the left and right wings of Tsang, ཉང་བན་ཏིང་འཛིན་བཟང་པོ་ (person name), ནམ་མཁའི་སྙིང་པོ་རྩེ་མང་ (person name), དཔལ་བརྩེགས་ཅོག་རོ་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན (person name), རྨ་ཐོག་རཏྣ་ཁྱེ་འུ་ཆུང་ (person name) will appear. In the left and right areas of Kyishö in Ü, ཡེ་ཤེས་འོད་ (person name), ཨཱ་ཙརྱཱ (person name), མུ་ཏིག་བཙན་པོ་ཡེ་ཤེས་དབྱངས (person name), བྱང་ཆུབ་སྒྲོན་ (person name), etc., will appear. In the areas of Lhodrak and Mon, རྒྱལ་བ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀླུའི་དབང་པོ (person name), རྒྱལ་བའི་བློ་གྲོས་ (person name), etc., will appear. In the areas of the Tanglha mountain range, དཔལ་དབྱངས་དཔལ་རྡོར་བོན་ནམ་མཁའ (person name), འཇམ་དཔལ་སྤྱན་གཟིགས་ང་སྤྲུལ་ (person name) will appear. All of them will propagate the teachings of Great Compassion. This self-arisen practice of Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara is a Dharma that benefits all of Tibet. It is profound, complete, and condensed in meaning, containing the essence of the practice, the clouds of blessings for maturation and liberation, the six practices for benefiting beings, and the crystal rosary of history. If there is more or less content than that, it is due to errors of omission or addition. Even reciting this essence of self-arisen Great Compassion once will uproot samsara. When we, the master and thousands of disciples, practice this pill that uproots samsara, the mandala of the Great Compassionate deities will actually dissolve; who can experience it? 此外，还要更加精进地修持，每制作一颗丸药念诵十万遍（六字真言）。 无论谁服用了这些丸药，都无疑会脱离恶道。因此，要尽力增益此法，这是使西藏安乐的唯一方法。 在这些（丸药）成就之后，自生大悲观音像和祖尔巴的六种心髓法类，以及现在的拉萨王子夫妇，届时将会一同出现。 他们将各自获得自己的权位，届时聚集的众人会感到惊奇。莲花生我也将亲自加持。 西藏的子民们，请将这些谨记于心！萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！（Samaya! Gya Gya Gya!） 这是邬金秋吉德钦林巴（Orgyen Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa）从多康空行母百千聚集地的顶端，莲花自在宫殿中迎请出的伏藏法。

Furthermore, greatly increase this practice; for each pill, accomplish a hundred thousand recitations (of the six-syllable mantra). Whoever consumes these pills will undoubtedly be free from the lower realms. Therefore, strive to enhance this practice, as it is the only way to bring happiness to Tibet. After these (pills) are accomplished, the self-arisen image of Great Compassion and the six heart-essence cycles of Zurba, along with the current Lhasa prince and princess, will appear together at that time. They will each receive their own authority, and the assembled crowd will be amazed. Padmasambhava, I myself, will also bestow blessings. People of Tibet, keep these words in your hearts! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya!
