First, the preliminaries, main practice, and conclusion, First, refuge, bodhicitta, and accumulation of merit: ཧཱུྃ༔ The essence of the three roots of self-awareness, The union of the three jewels, the supreme deity, To the assembly of deities of the Cyclone of Samsara, I prostrate with reverence and take refuge. On the crown of the head, the lord of the family, Amitabha, With a red and clear sambhogakaya appearance, Wearing the three dharma robes, seated in vajra posture, Holding a begging bowl in the mudra of equipoise, Clear on a lotus and moon cushion. Eminent One, I beseech you, please invoke the Great Compassionate One, descend now! Bless my body with your body's grace, bestow upon my speech the great blessing of speech, transfer the wisdom of your mind to my mind, I beseech you to grant all supreme empowerments! You are the embodiment of all victors, the great treasure of blessings and compassion, you liberate beings from the depths of saṃsāra, I prostrate and praise the compassionate one! From the Hrīḥ at your heart, light radiates, offering to all victors and gathering blessings, purifying the karmic obscurations of beings, liberating them from the depths of saṃsāra, transforming appearance and existence into the pure land of compassion. If you wish to accomplish the vase practice for the benefit of others, on a lotus and moon cushion, from the syllable Bhrūṃ, arise the vase as a celestial mansion, in the center of the nectar, upon a lotus and moon, from the syllable Hrīḥ, arise the form of the Great Compassionate One, red in color, liberating beings from the depths of saṃsāra, holding a lotus rosary and a vase in his two hands, adorned with silks and flowers, standing, with Amitābha on his crown, at his heart is the syllable Hrīḥ on a moon disc, surrounded by a garland of mantras, from his body descends a stream of nectar, filling the entire vase, each drop of water appearing as the form that empties saṃsāra, whoever touches the water is considered to have the power to liberate from the depths of saṃsāra. Recite the six-syllable mantra and the mantra that empties saṃsāra. Afterwards, perform the invocation, praise, and auspicious prayers as before. The wisdom beings descend, and are gathered and dismissed with the syllables Hūṃ and Phaṭ. Hūṃ! Through the power of accomplishing the deity assembly of compassion, may I and limitless sentient beings be liberated from the depths of saṃsāra and attain the form of the Great Compassionate One! Blessings gather like clouds in the sky, compassion rains down, the deity Avalokiteśvara, granting the desired and needed attainments, the assembly of ḍākinīs, may the three roots and the deity assembly bring auspiciousness! Thus, this method of accomplishing compassion, whoever is connected to it will be liberated, future generations should practice this, this dharma benefits the entire Tibetan region, may those with karma keep it in their hearts!
