Holding the 'I' (ego) is a symbol of guiding beings with skillful means; holding the nectar vase in the left hand is a symbol of destroying the disease of clinging with the nectar of wisdom; standing upright with both feet together is a symbol of increasing the bliss of non-dual union; residing on the lotus seat of the sun and moon is a symbol of residing in a state of bliss, clarity, and non-discrimination; being naked without ornaments and possessing radiance is a symbol of self-awareness, immaculate, empty, clear radiance; purifying samsara, immaculate and possessing radiance; possessing the body of wisdom, the body of the Thus-Gone One; the clear sky, the mandala of light, completing the twelve great symbols; complete Great Compassionate One, I prostrate and praise you! Om Mani Padme Hum Hrih (藏文:ༀ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ hrīḥ,Lotus-born Om Mani Padme Hum). The inner and secret praises should be performed according to the treasure teachings. For all beings, this is the praise of meaning: Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,Great Seed Syllable). All forms of appearance and existence are one with the body of the Great Compassionate One; I prostrate and praise the appearing body! Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,Great Seed Syllable). All sounds of emptiness and resonance are one with the speech of the Great Compassionate One; I prostrate and praise the resounding speech! Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,Great Seed Syllable). All thoughts of movement and memory are one with the mind of the Great Compassionate One; I prostrate and praise the thinking mind! These are the limbs that complete the meditation on the deity wheel of the body. Then, the three methods of practice—meditation and recitation of the mantra wheel of speech—should be combined according to the circumstances. Here, according to the outer practice, on the moon disc in one's heart, the Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,Great Seed Syllable) syllable is white with a reddish glow, surrounded by Om Mani Padme Hum (藏文:ༀ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ,Lotus-born Om Mani Padme Hum). Light radiates from the seven syllables in the heart, offering pleasing offerings to all the Sugatas, and thus all the blessings of their body, speech, and mind, the three white, red, and blue Om Ah Hum (藏文:ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:ओँ आः हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,Body Speech Mind) lights, merge into my three places, purifying the sins and obscurations of body, speech, and mind. Again, light radiates, purifying the sins and obscurations of the body, speech, and mind of all sentient beings in the six realms, transforming them into the body of the Great Compassionate One. All containers transform into palaces, and all contents transform into the Great Compassionate One, appearing without inherent existence, possessing the nature of light. The sound of the six-syllable mantra continuously resounds. Thus, clarify the meditation and recite the seven-syllable mantra like a flowing river. Third, the subsequent offering of the torma, the outer, inner, and secret should be performed according to the ritual. Here, according to the outer practice, arrange nine delicious foods and ten sweets, clean and pure, in a precious vessel, and with Om Mani Padme Hum Hrih (藏文:ༀ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ओँ मणि पद्मे हूँ ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ hrīḥ,Lotus-born Om Mani Padme Hum) three times, dispel the clinging to the torma. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
