(Om Asta Mangalam Ciha Pratitsa Svaha) The eight auspicious symbols are: auspicious golden fish, lotus, conch shell, auspicious knot, vase, umbrella, victory banner, and dharma wheel. I offer these eight auspicious symbols of victory to the Bhagavati Uṣṇīṣavijayā. (Om Asta Mangalam Drabya Pratitsa Svaha) The eight auspicious substances are: auspicious yogurt, gorocana, vermilion, supreme grass, durva grass, mirror, white mustard seeds, and a dharma conch. I offer these eight auspicious substances to the Bhagavati Uṣṇīṣavijayā. Praise: ཨཱོྃ༔ Holy Mother Uṣṇīṣavijayā, etc., as in the previous two verses. Among the beings of the five realms of samsara, you see beings tormented by the cycle of suffering, with compassion you destroy the cycle of suffering, to you—the embodiment of compassion—I prostrate and praise! For the sake of maturing and liberating sentient beings, even though you abide and act in the realm of sentient beings, you are undefiled by attachment like a lotus, to you—the embodiment of pure desire—I pay homage! For sentient beings who are impoverished, lacking in dharma, and sunk in the darkness of ignorance, you satisfy them with the seven noble riches, to you—the lamp of wisdom—I prostrate and praise! For sentient beings who are drowning in the ocean of samsara, you carry them on the boat of compassionate means and wisdom, and transport them to the island of peaceful jewels, to you—the helmsman of all—I pay homage! For sentient beings who are drowning in the river of karma, you liberate them with the bridge of the nectar of the sacred dharma, and lead them to the eightfold noble path, to you—the master of speech—I prostrate and praise! Thus, offer praise. Recitation: At the heart of the Bhagavati, on top of a moon disc, surrounded by the syllable ཨཱོྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओँ, Romanized Sanskrit: om, Literal meaning: Om), and encircled by the mantra to be recited, from which rays of light emanate. Offer to the noble ones and gather blessings, purify all the sins, obscurations, diseases, demonic influences, and obstacles of oneself and others. Visualize in this way, and recite the mantra as much as possible. If one is able and capable, one may also recite the Uṣṇīṣavijayā Dhāraṇī Sūtra. Generating the Vase: Purification. From emptiness, the vase abides in its place, upon which is the white syllable བྷྲཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: भ्रूं, Romanized Sanskrit: bhrūṃ, Literal meaning: Seed syllable), like a pearl. This syllable dissolves into light, from which arises a vase made of five precious jewels, round and swirling, with a wide belly, a drooping mouth, and a lotus seat, a wide opening, a tight neck, adorned with a wish-fulfilling tree, possessing a conch shell mouth and a vajra mantra rope, filled with wisdom. Inside the vase is the complete palace of the deity, in the center is the white syllable ཨ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), which dissolves into light, transforming into a clear ocean of nectar, whose essence is the five wisdoms. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Endowed with essence. Above it, the Ushnishavijaya (顶髻天女) is white in color, as mentioned in the generation stage. Offerings and praises are performed as in self-generation. The protective thread is taken with the light rays of one's own life mantra and recitation is done. Finally, a brief offering and praise are made, and the offering water is offered with Om Ah Hum. Visualize the deity in the vase dissolving into light, becoming inseparable from the water. In the subsequent sequence, offering the torma is done as in self-generation, without the need to invite the deity. Supplement the offerings. Blessings are performed as in the self-generation stage, with offerings, praises, confession, sending back, and absorption, as described there. Third, the act of granting permission: After completing the self-generation and the vase, perform the generation and recitation of the swirling in the action vase. Bathe the disciple, dispel obstacles, create a protective circle, generate bodhicitta, and clearly visualize, etc. In this appropriate situation, the ultimate auspicious marks of the Bhagavan (世尊), the queen of vidya mantras (明咒之女王) emanated from the crown of the head, merely holding the mudra and the collection of vidyas of this White Umbrella Goddess (白伞盖佛母), then fire, water, poison, weapons, and curses cannot harm, and untimely death will not occur. Buddhas and Bodhisattvas (诸佛菩萨) as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, the Vajra family, and accomplished goddesses are always pleased and protect, and even demons and obstructing spirits are pleased and become loving. One will never be born in evil realms or fall into wrong paths, and all past karmic obscurations will be exhausted, and even the five inexpiable sins will be completely purified. All desired qualities such as longevity, merit, lineage, power, etc., will be obtained as desired. After death, one will be born in Sukhavati (极乐世界), etc., possessing endless benefits. This dharani sutra (陀罗尼经) is originally from the Ushnisha (顶髻) of the Kriya Tantra (作续部), but accomplished masters have explained the expanded and condensed teachings from Kriya (作) and Charya (行) to Anuttarayoga (无上瑜伽). Here, the oral instructions of the Second Buddha Padmakara (莲花生), there is no contradiction whether it is combined with the upper or lower tantras. This is the essence of the ocean of Vidyadharas (持明) and accomplished ones, the great Katokpa Hum Nak Namkhai Dorje (大噶陀巴吽那南卡多杰) brought forth from the unchanging Vajra box, from the Dharma category of the Clear Space Vajra Essence. According to its tradition, connect with profound permission, etc., and offer the mandala. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
