Then, (the patient's) body becomes as clear as crystal. The third step is to cast the Torma (offering): Place each small pill into a container, and purify it with རྃ་ཡྃ་ཁྃ་ (Tibetan, None, None, purification). From emptiness, from བྷྲཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, bhrūṃ, seed syllable) arises a precious container, deep and vast, in which the Torma is complete with color, smell, taste, and effect. (Tibetan, Devanagari, oṃ āḥ hūṃ, body, speech, and mind) Homage to the Tathagata Ratnasambhava! Homage to the Tathagata Supreme Beauty! Homage to the Tathagata Whose Body Pervades All! Homage to the Tathagata Who is Free from All Fear! Then, circumambulate the patient to the right, reciting: ན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བ་ལོ་ཀི་ཏེ་ཨོཾ་སཾ་བྷ་ར་སཾ་བྷ་ར་ཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, namaḥ sarva tathāgata avalokite oṃ sambhara sambhara hūṃ, Homage to all Tathagatas, gazing down, oṃ, accumulate, accumulate, hūṃ) and place it in the effigy. After reciting twenty-one times, purify the effigy. From emptiness, the five aggregates, twelve sense bases, and eighteen elements are all complete, beautiful and adorned, possessing all desired wealth. ན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏེ་བྷྱོ་བི་ཤྭ་མུ་ཁེ་བྷྱཿསརྦ་ཐཱ་ཁཾ་ཨུཏྒ་ཏེ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ཨི་མཾ་ག་ག་ན་ཁཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyo viśva mukhebhyah sarva thā kham udgate spharana imam gagana kham svāhā, Homage to all Tathagatas, to all faces, everywhere in space, rising, spreading, this space, svāhā) Recite the mantra and make the mudra. Homage! The Buddha's teachings are true, the Dharma's teachings are true, the Sangha's teachings are true, the truth of mantra, vidya mantra, dharani mantra, heart mantra, mudra samadhi, especially the teachings of the wrathful lord, the assembly of Smeba Tsekpa, are true, by the power of great truth, may the body, speech, and mind of this so-and-so be harmed, may all the malevolent spirits and harmful demons who harbor evil intentions leave this place and go elsewhere! Bhurtse, Bhurki, Immaculate, Ucushma, Wrath, Hum, Phat) Accompanied by the sound of striking, send the effigy away. The fourth step is protection: Visualize the patient as the Karma Krodha, one face and two arms, body color dark blue, right hand holding a vajra, left hand holding a threatening mudra, with flames blazing. In an instant, in its crown chakra, a white four-spoked wheel arises, with a white ཨོཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, oṃ, seed syllable) in the center; in its throat, a red four-petaled lotus arises, with a red ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari, āḥ, seed syllable) in the center; in its heart, a blue five-pronged vajra arises, with a blue ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, hūṃ, seed syllable) in the center. Place vajras in these places, reciting ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། (Tibetan, Devanagari, oṃ āḥ hūṃ, body, speech, and mind), and visualize yourself as the deity, emitting white, red, and blue rays of light from body, speech, and mind, which dissolve into the three seed syllables of so-and-so, visualizing them as the body, speech, and mind of the deity. Then put on the armor: on its crown, forehead, throat, back, heart, breasts, navel... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Next, place vajra-crosses at all intersections, and recite 'Om Vajra Raksha Hum (oṃ vajra rakṣa hūṃ)', visualizing it as a vajra armor. All demons, Raksha Raksha Hum! Ghosts, sins, obstacles, deteriorations, impurities, uncleanness, bad omens, all hindrances, Raksha Raksha Hum!' By reciting thus, visualize that no disease, demon, evil spirit, or obstacle can penetrate. Then, pray to all Sugatas (gone to bliss) of the ten directions and three times, and through the power of the blessings of the wrathful deity Sméba Tsekpa (One with piled-up moles), I have protected these beings, let no one have the thought of harming them! Recite auspicious verses such as 'Immutable Mount Meru'. Afterward, gather your own yoga, expand with dedication and aspiration, and properly perform auspicious prayers and other subsequent activities. Thus, the practice method and bathing ritual of the wrathful deity Sméba Tsekpa, this ritual called 'Purifying the Impure' compiled by Nagpo Drogshe (Black Conduct School), was at the urging of the wise and powerful Ngakwang Zangpo (Eloquent Goodness), compiled by the Shakya lay practitioner, the vidyadhara Vajraksha (Vajra Eye), in the pure realm where the body, speech, and mind emanations of the omniscient master of a hundred families play. Auspicious! Auspicious! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
