Recite the mantra revolving around the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ) syllable at the heart: Oṃ Nīlāmbara Dhara Vajrapāṇi Rājñāpayati Svāhā (ཨོཾ་ནཱི་ལམ་བྷཱ་ར་དྷ་ར་བཛྲ་པཱ་ཎི་ར་ཛྙཱ་པ་ཡ་ཏི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，Oṃ Nīlāmbara Dhara Vajrapāṇi Rājñāpayati Svāhā，Om, Blue-robed, Holder of the Vajra, Command, Accomplish, Svāhā!). Recite: Shambur. Ra la ra tsa rang nad rang la zhi zhi (ཤམ་བུར། ར་ལ་ར་ཙ་རང་ནད་རང་ལ་ཞི་ཞི༔). On the ninth and twenty-third of each month, when the sun is in the position of a spear, it will not be interrupted, so there will be no harmful effects from the planets. Only this Tsa (ཟ་) syllable. Finally, contemplate without attachment. It is very profound! Believe and practice, and it will be clear. This was said by Vajra Wrathful. Sarva Mangalam (སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།，Sarva Maṅgalaṃ，All auspicious!). Oṃ! The ritual called 'Swiftly Ripening the Four Bodies of the Secret Lord's Empowerment'. Homage to the deity inseparable from the Three Roots! Regarding the empowerment of the Secret Lord: Arrange an eight-petaled lotus maṇḍala, blue in color; on the mañjira, arrange a vase filled with twenty-five substances and water; arrange a human bone rosary, a sky-iron vajra, a body tsakli; arrange a torma; arrange offerings, medicine, and rakta. After completing the empowerment ritual, first perform the bathing maṇḍala. After recounting the history, make the request, repeating the following: Vajradhara is the chief of all Buddhas, to us fortunate ones, please bestow the sacred empowerment of the great Secret Lord. Recite three times. The refuge and bodhicitta arising from the Guru (གུར，Guru，Teacher), recite three times: I take refuge in the Three Jewels, etc. Make a special request, repeating the following: As I offer and request the Bodhi Vajra Buddha, for the sake of protecting me, please grant me the sky vajra now. Recite three times. Generate the deity, dissolve the wisdom being, and stabilize it with 'Tiṣṭha Vajra (ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ་，Tiṣṭha Vajra，Remain Vajra)'. Empower with the vase: The vase is the palace of the Dharmadhatu, the vase substances are the body of Vajra Wrathful, empower with the stream of compassion, may the five bodies and five wisdoms be manifested! Oṃ Vajra Caṇḍa Mahā Roṣaṇa Abhiṣeka Te Samaya Śrīye (ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཙཎྜ་མ་ཧཱ་རོ་ཥ་ཎ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཏེ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཤྲཱི་ཡེ་སོགས༔，Oṃ Vajra Caṇḍa Mahā Roṣaṇa Abhiṣeka Te Samaya Śrīye，Om, Vajra Fierce Great Wrathful, Consecration, To You, Samaya, Glorious!). Recite, give the rosary: This rosary is for subduing demons, heretics, and those with wrong views, it is the rosary of Nirākṣu (ནི་རག་ཤུ，Nirākṣu，Eyeless One), grant empowerment to you fortunate one, may the power of the wrathful mantra be manifested! Place the vajra at the heart: The sky-iron vajra is radiant, the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，Hūṃ，Seed Syllable) syllable is deep blue and shining, grant empowerment to you fortunate one, may the supreme wisdom be manifested! Place the body image on the crown of the head: This wrathful and fierce body is the perfection of the qualities of all Buddhas, grant empowerment to you fortunate one, may the qualities of the wrathful king be manifested! Place the torma on the crown of the head: This great glorious torma is the essence of the activities of the wrathful king, grant empowerment to you fortunate one, may the four activities be unobstructed! Finally, recite the root mantra on the torma, adding: Kāya Vāka Citta Guṇa Karma Abhiṣiñca (ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་གུ་ཎ་ཀརྨ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ༔，Kāya Vāka Citta Guṇa Karma Abhiṣiñca，Body Speech Mind Quality Action Consecrate).
