愿身、语、意三者所受的疾病、邪魔、灾难、障碍、诅咒、巫术等全部平息，如草根被火焰焚烧殆尽。观想自身融入金翅鸟的光芒中，与其无二无别。念诵： 吽 (Hūṃ)。 啊！赐予伟大天神之朵玛灌顶， 智慧金翅鸟炽燃之众， 请真实降临于弟子之顶， 净化所有疾病、邪魔、罪业与障碍！ 根本咒： 嘛哈 巴林达 阿比香卡 吽 (藏文：མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：महा बलिन्त अभिषिञ्च हुं，梵文罗马拟音：Mahā baliṃta abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：伟大的祭品，灌顶，吽)。 如是获得灌顶后，即可修持任何一种智慧金翅鸟，无论是红色还是黑色。在修持期间的誓言是：不吃禽肉和鸡蛋，不破坏鸟巢，不伤害鸟类，不在神山、神湖或泉水边念诵咒语，即使念诵也不要大声。应如法守护这些誓言。请跟随主尊复诵以下内容。献上曼扎，为了使智慧尊者安住，抛洒吉祥之花。功德回向等，应如共同仪轨中所述。将所有伏藏的精髓融为一体， 在精深而简短的仪轨中，汇集不冲突的要义。 以甚深传承的亲近为主， 为了增补殊胜之法的加持。 为了利益持有法王至尊噶陀巴（Kathogpa）的教法传承者， 名为曲吉多杰（Choskyi Dorje）的愚者， 为了使法流如河流般增长而著述。 愿一切吉祥！ 此传承为：法身、报身、化身，措嘉（Tsoyal），伏藏师莲花法王（Pema Chokyi Gyalpo），贝玛多杰（Pel Choskyi Dorje），内顿旺波（Ngedon Wangpo），秋英多杰（Choying Dorje），蒋扬钦哲旺波（Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo），以及我。

May all diseases, evil spirits, calamities, obstacles, curses, and witchcraft that harm body, speech, and mind be pacified, like roots burned by fire. Grant the empowerment of the great offering of the supreme deity, Assembly of the blazing wisdom Garuda, Please truly come upon the crown of the disciple, Purify all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations!
