Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! There are three common key points here: substances, mantras, and practice methods. First, the preparation of substances is: The supreme medicine, named Black Spruce; Gugul, mercury, Vajra Garuda; The tongue of the great medicine, white Spang Gyen; White mustard seeds, white incense, Sugata Garuda; Magi rock melt, cinnabar; Water root, willow root, precious Garuda; Ruta, Spang incense, red Sandalwood; Rechak, Spang grass, Lotus Garuda; Shudak, tiger meat, Tharnu Ba; Naga demon, pearl, Karma Garuda; Make pills with eight-year-old urine; Change the color with Chinese ink and good incense; Place them inside a qualified skull; Fix a wrathful wooden stake as the life force; Place it in the center of the mandala and arrange offerings and torma. Third, the Samadhi of the practice method is: Take refuge in the Three Jewels, generate the supreme Bodhicitta, meditate on the Four Immeasurables for a long time, and contemplate that all phenomena are empty in nature.
