Then draw a boundary around the protection room, visualize it as Karma Black Garuda, thinking that it is protecting. In this way, if the Garuda's fierce mantra is complete and its power reaches its limit, it can protect, dispel, and eliminate diseases, plagues, and all things that harm sentient beings. If the plague persists for a long time, even if mantras and medicines are used for a long time, it is ineffective, you can dissolve a piece of brown sugar in water, let the patient drink it, and then carry out laxative and mantra water treatment, and that's it. Give ground rapeseed, musk, fish, donkey meat and other foods. There is also a disease called 'གྲམ་པ' (gram pa), which causes blisters on the face and forms scabs. 从空性中观想自己的心识化为一个深蓝色的‘仲’(khrOm)。从那之中，自身显现为业之黑鹏，具九头、二手，以众多龙王为座垫，吞食众多小龙，身体燃烧着天铁之火，拥有智慧燃烧的翅膀，双眼如燃烧的日月，喙爪如燃烧的铁钩。如此观想后，猛烈念诵此咒：嗡 仲仲 杜尔杜尔 彻姆彻姆 康康 索索 惹惹 梭哈 (Oṃ druṃ druṃ dur dur chem chem khaṃ khaṃ so so rbad rbad svāhā)。此咒对麻风病和各种疾病都有益处。然后献上朵玛，猛烈地祈请：吽！ 三世一切诸佛之，心间化现之使者，业之黑鹏极怖畏，鹏鸟于无垠虚空舞。顶髻以燃烧宝珠严，赐予修行者成就。身躯燃烧天铁火，挥舞天铁剑之羽翼。日月燃烧之眼目，令诸邪祟皆惊惧。燃烧铁钩之喙爪，摧毁一切恶毒者。众多龙王为座垫，吞食众多小龙众。吽 啪 智 仲 (Hūṃ phaṭ kriṃ kroṃ) 之声响彻，顶礼调伏龙族者。享用所献之食子，成办所托之事业。时机已到，萨玛雅 (samaya)，勿违誓言，行事业！如此赞颂并祈请。此法能平息一切地神、龙族和麻风病之患，并能加以制伏。萨玛雅 (samaya)，嘉嘉嘉 (gya gya gya)！此乃集息增怀诛四法于一体之猛咒。由北方藏藏拉扎 (Byang zang zang lha brag) 之南方的金色宝藏中，由持明鹏之化身者取出。

From emptiness, visualize your own mind transforming into a dark blue 'khrOm'. From that, one's self appears as the Black Garuda of Karma, with nine heads and two hands, using many Naga Kings as a seat, devouring many small Nagas, the body blazing with the fire of meteoric iron, possessing wings of blazing wisdom, eyes like the burning sun and moon, and a beak and claws like burning iron hooks. Having meditated in this way, then fiercely recite this mantra: Oṃ druṃ druṃ dur dur chem chem khaṃ khaṃ so so rbad rbad svāhā. This is beneficial for leprosy and all kinds of diseases. Then, offering the torma, fiercely urge: Hūṃ! Messenger emanated from the hearts of all Buddhas of the three times, terrifying Black Garuda of Karma, may the Garuda dance in the boundless space. Adorned with a burning jewel on the crown of the head, bestow accomplishments upon the practitioner. With a body blazing with meteoric iron, brandish the wings of meteoric iron swords. With eyes like the burning sun and moon, make all evil spirits tremble. With a beak and claws of burning iron hooks, destroy all the malicious ones. Many Naga Kings are used as a seat, many small Nagas are devoured. The sound of Hūṃ phaṭ kriṃ kroṃ resounds, I prostrate to the one who subdues the Nagas. Accept this offered torma, accomplish the entrusted task. The time has come, samaya, do not deviate from the oath, perform the task! Thus praise and urge. This pacifies all diseases of the earth lords, Nagas, and leprosy, and also subdues them. Samaya, gya gya gya! This is a fierce mantra that combines all three aspects of pacifying, increasing, and wrathful activities into one.
