Please bless! Repeat three times. Secondly, regarding the practical instructions, there are three points: the method of preparing the pills, the actual method of blessing, and the subsequent procedures, including the benefits. First point: Divide the common and evenly golden Arura (Terminalia chebula, a medicinal plant) into six parts. Combine the essence of existence, Chongzhi (a type of medicine), where male Chongzhi is paired with female Chongzhi, female with male, and both can be paired with hermaphrodite Chongzhi, distinguishing their use. Alternatively, commonly use crushed male Chongzhi, similar to a horse's tooth, which is often used in practice, dividing it into three parts. Although the commentary on the 'Kunjed Gyalpo Root Tantra' (The All-Creating King) only mentions 'herbs' without specifying clearly, one can use Pangtsi Dowo (Ligularia fischeri) according to the Zur tradition, Huanglian (Coptis chinensis) according to the Jang tradition, and some also consider using Reskon (Stellera chamaejasme), flexibly using them according to the disease condition, which is not contradictory. However, in the practice of this lineage, Pangtsi Dowo is preferred, dividing it into three parts. Add half a portion (two parts) of pure and unadulterated precious essence rock essence (Brakzhun). A good medicine for treating internal diseases, namely Pushkaramula (Sanskrit: पुष्कर मूल, romanized: puṣkaramūla, literally: lotus root), which is Bone Kang (bone medicine), three parts. If it is necessary to change the taste, one part each can be added according to the ratio. If there are blessed relics from the lineage of great accomplished masters, they can be mixed in. Mix all the ingredients with honey, and if the pills are small, make them the size of mustard seeds, if large, make them the size of peas. Place the pills in a precious container that is not easily broken or in a skull cup with special significance. On the pedestal, draw a Yungdrung (Buddhist swastika) pattern with white flour and place the container in the center. Cover it with a red silk cloth. Second point: First, perform the self-generation (Dakgyed) practice, which can be the visualization and recitation of the single deity or any form of the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara (Thukje Chenpo). Then, open the lid of the pills. Visualize countless wrathful deity nectar cyclones emanating from your heart, purifying all impurities in the substances and expelling the obstacles far away. Recite the Amrita mantra (Sanskrit: अमृत, romanized: Amrita, Tibetan: ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ་). Incense with Gugul (Commiphora wightii), scatter with white mustard seeds. Purify through Svabhava (Sanskrit: स्वभाव, romanized: svabhāva, Tibetan: སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་). In the state of luminous emptiness and compassion, from Bhrum (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ, Sanskrit: भ्रूं, romanized: bhrūṃ, literally: seed syllable), transform into a precious container filled with pills possessing perfect color, smell, taste, power, and essence. Above the moon disc in the center of the pills, in the center is the blue Buddha Dakini (Sangye Khandro Thing), in the east is the white Vajra Dakini (Dorje Khandro Kar), in the south is the yellow Ratna Dakini (Rinchen Khandro Ser), in the west is the red Padma Dakini (Pema Khandro Mar), and in the north is the green Karma Dakini (Lekyi Khandro Jang). All Dakinis are one-faced and two-armed, holding a precious Damaru (Sanskrit: ḍamaru, Tibetan: ཌཱ་མ་རུ) in their right hand and a nectar skull cup in their left hand, dancing in extended and bent postures, brandishing a Khatvanga (Sanskrit: khaṭvāṅga, Tibetan: ཁ་ཊྭཱཾ་), adorned with silk and precious bone ornaments, radiating light. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Arising within the expanse of five-colored lotuses, At the crown of the central principal deity, The Yidam Great Compassionate One, White and clear, with one face and four arms, The main hands are joined in prayer at the heart, The lower hands hold a crystal rosary and a white lotus. Adorned with silk and precious jewels, Radiating the light of peaceful smiles and auspicious marks. A body like a rainbow, empty of inherent existence, Vows and wisdom inseparable. In an instant, complete recollection, clearly manifest. Having visualized thus, recite: Om Mani Padme Hum. Recite one thousand times. Finally, join the palms and pray: By the Yidam Great Compassionate One, May all who see, hear, remember, or touch the pills, Be blessed with nectar that eliminates the diseases of cause and effect. May the Great Compassionate One dissolve into nectar, And merge into the five wisdom Dakinis. May the light from their hearts, Shine throughout the ten directions of the realms. The essence and purity of stable and moving medicines, The compassion, blessings, and power of the Three Roots, Vidyadharas, and Dharma Protectors, Are invoked and merge into their respective bodies. From which descends a stream of nectar, Inseparably mixed with the pills. Becoming the supreme medicine nectar. Om Buddha Dakini, Vajra Dakini, Ratna Dakini, Padma Dakini, Karma Dakini, Om Ah Hum. Recite five hundred times. The five wisdom Dakinis, as above, pray for all who see, hear, remember, or touch the pills. The five Dakinis also dissolve into nectar, merging into the medicine pills, may all beings who see, hear, remember, or touch them, eliminate the diseases of cause and effect, becoming the supreme wisdom nectar. Recite the clear sound mantra and the essence of dependent origination many times, and scatter flowers to stabilize the stream of blessings. Je Drubthob Chenpo said: Wherever in the ten directions of the world, there are as many sick sentient beings, may they all, through my merit, attain health and happiness. May the mere name of myself and this medicine, pacify the diseases and sufferings of body and mind of all beings, and may they attain supreme bliss. May by the power of my pure aspiration, the blessings of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the power of the Dharma realm, until samsara is not empty, all wishes to benefit beings, be effortlessly and spontaneously fulfilled. Etc., recite the dedication and aspiration prayers, as well as the auspicious prayers to pacify the eighty thousand kinds of obstacles, and scatter flowers. Pour the pills into a beautiful container like a conch shell, and seal it tightly to prevent air from escaping. The third part is: Thus prepared and accomplished. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
