Practice: Mix with saffron water or flower essence honey. This pill with the luster of a ruby, Is praised for most diseases, internal and external, It is auspicious for blood heat, bile heat, and inflammation. Especially praised for black triple combination disease. Because it is rare for everyone, it is like the Udumbara flower. Only a few fortunate ones can see, hear, and use it. This (passage) was also written by Thangtong Gyalpo. ཨྠྀི་ (Tibetan), अथी (Sanskrit Devanagari), athī (Sanskrit Romanization), Thus it is The meditation instructions and practice methods of the Accomplished White Pill, Thangtong Gyalpo's Mind Treasure. Namo Guru Deva Dakini Bhyah (Homage to the Guru, Deva, Dakini) Here, if you want to record the meditation instructions and practice methods of the White Pill of the supreme Iron Bridge Builder Thangtong Gyalpo, the crown jewel of all accomplished ones, it is best if you can find a skullcap with good signs, otherwise use any kind of precious vessel without cracks, filled with good beer. Gather the scattered materials, and then the teacher says this: For the benefit of all sentient beings equal to space, in order to attain the state of perfect enlightenment of Buddhahood, for that purpose, please listen with a single-pointed aspiration to the meditation instructions and practice methods of the Accomplished White Pill. Now, let's talk a little about the history of this teaching. The accomplished master, the venerable Thangtong Gyalpo, while residing in meditative absorption on the summit of the auspicious Iron Bridge Mountain, at one point, unprecedented and never to occur again in the future, various extraordinary signs appeared in the sky, such as rainbows, lights, and sounds. The great accomplished one wondered what this was. Through meditative absorption, he realized that it was the compassionate rays of Padmasambhava's blessings. When he looked at the sky, he saw a pale light emanating from the land of Oddiyana, like an outstretched road. Dakinis of various colors, white, yellow, red, green, and blue, with one face and two arms, the right hand playing a hand drum, the left hand holding a skull bowl filled with nectar, on top of which was a box filled with medicine, and an khatvanga resting on her shoulder, coming in a dancing posture of stretching and bending. Among these dakinis, the central one said: 'Great hero, I rejoice that you pacify the mental suffering of all sentient beings. Now, in order to eliminate all diseases of the body, practice this profound instruction that is easy to do and of great meaning, suitable for different times, places, and circumstances, and thereby greatly benefit beings.' She also gave some teachings that are beneficial for poisons and so on, but according to the capacity of the beings to be tamed. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Not fully displayed, here, due to the timing and circumstances of the beings to be tamed, the teachings of using one medicine to cure a hundred diseases are fully displayed. Such profound teachings, along with the practice of the tradition passed down among the root gurus, exist without decline. Now, this, along with the practice of meditation and oral transmission, is offered. First, for the sake of meditation and oral transmission, please visualize as follows: The Lama and Tangtong Gyalpo (ཐང་སྟོང་རྒྱལ་པོ་, Tangtong Gyalpo, Tangtong Gyalpo) are inseparable, with a dark blue-black body color and matted hair knots. One face, two arms, the right hand in the gesture of supreme generosity, and the left hand holding the vase of longevity. Both feet are in the posture of royal ease. On the four-petaled lotus in the center of the crown chakra, there are five wisdom dakinis of the five families, with colors of white, yellow, red, green, and blue. One face, two arms, the right hand holding a damaru (ཌཱ་མ་རུ་), and the left hand holding a skull cup (ཐོད་པ་). At the elbow, a khatvanga (ཁ་ཊྭཱཾ་ག་) is carried, adorned with silk and jewels. At the crown of the central main deity is the Yidam Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara, with a body color as white as a snow mountain. One face, four arms, the first two hands joined in prayer at the heart, and the lower two hands holding a crystal rosary and a white lotus. Adorned with silk and jewels, the left breast is covered with deer skin. Both feet are in the vajra posture. Clearly visualize and pray intensely. Through this power, the deities gradually dissolve from above into the form of deathless nectar, one dissolving into another, and finally dissolving into the crown of the guru, the guru himself becoming the embodiment of all the deities and lamas. Then, the guru takes a sip of the essence, and all the compassion, blessings, and power emanate from the mouth as light, merging into the essence. Then you drink this essence, and all the guru's nectar merges into your being, generating the thought that all the compassion, blessings, and power of the root lineage lamas, along with the deities, have entered your being. Then, please drink all the remaining nectar. Saying this, give the nectar. Then give the oral transmission of the text section by section. After the oral transmission is complete, the guru scatters flowers and prays to the Buddhas, Medicine Buddha, Padmasambhava (པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས།, Padmasambhava, Padmasambhava), the five wisdom dakinis, the accomplished master Tangtong Gyalpo, and all the root and lineage lamas, so that these faithful ones may ripen their beings and benefit sentient beings. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
