Maintain silence, make a firm vow, keep it moist, and do not let the steam escape. In the degenerate age, beings are afflicted by various demons, nāgas, and leprosy, as well as harm from evil spirit kings. Diseases manifest as boils, swellings, and pains. For violent mantras and potent medicines, here are the medicinal formulas. Two great medicines: Smilax china, two sea salts: blue salt, two red medicines: cinnabar and musk. Mix these six ingredients in equal parts, make pills the size of millet grains, and they will eliminate all boils, swellings, and pains. Profound! Seal! Seal! Two great medicines: Smilax china, two red medicines: cinnabar and beeswax, known as the dakini's firearm, its power is like lightning. Seal! Seal! Two great medicines: Smilax china, three: Terminalia chebula, mixed in equal parts, known as the vajra three combinations, like meteoric iron lightning. SHA! The nine-combined Thar nu, the nine-combined black medicine, it is said that even if struck against a stone, it will shatter. For the three ailments of plague, swelling, and pain, needless to say, it will be effective. Use wolfsbane, great medicine, the two medicines of nine-combined Thar nu, and Phyllanthus emblica, as well as myrrh, Aucklandia, saffron, musk, nine-combined black medicine. The nine-combined thunderbolt, it is said, instantly destroys the three ailments of plague, swelling, and pain. In all methods of preparation, use the urine of an eight-year-old child, or a pure Bhikshu, and a capable Lama to mix. The pills should be the size of peas, and the amount should be adjusted according to the severity of the illness. This is an extremely precious and ultimate secret. Seal! Hide! Entrust! Samaya! Khatam! Guhya! From the precious treasure vase of hidden treasures, extract the profound ultimate essence. For the accomplishment of the great empowerment speech, for the benefit of future beings, hide it in the sky-ladder-like rock. The current Langdro Konchok Jungne, after seventeen lifetimes of obtaining leisure and endowment, is destined to encounter this great secret treasure. Within a year, keep it secret like closing a bird's beak. When the time is ripe, it will appear on white paper. All yellow paper originals will be buried as treasures. Because it is a soul stone, the teachings will spread widely. May the fortunate disciples meet with this teaching and greatly benefit the beings of the degenerate age!
