大宝伏藏TD1891《马头明王秘密总集之语 कार्य 珍宝宝瓶》中： सर्व-शत्रु-नाशन （梵文罗马转写：sarva-śatru-nāśana，摧毁一切敌人）守护之王安住！寂 कार्य 珍宝宝瓶。 马头明王秘密总集之语 कार्य 珍宝宝瓶中： सर्व-शत्रु-नाशन （梵文罗马转写：sarva-śatru-nāśana，摧毁一切敌人）守护之王安住！ 所欲成就之自在天前敬礼！ 如我印度智者莲花生， 从 कार्य 珍宝宝瓶中， 开示满足一切需求的真言次第。 末法时代，恶鬼于此藏地， 众生 कर्म 低劣， समय 衰败。 藏地为龙和地神所掌控， 恶行繁多，空行母骚动。 粗暴行为，惊扰神魔八部。 彼等因缘，种种瘟疫， 夺取众生性命，不安疾病蔓延。 彼时若有此真言圣物， 若仍受害，莲师我实不知。 因此铭记于心，后世之人！ 如我莲花生， 开示 सर्व-शत्रु-नाशन （梵文罗马转写：sarva-śatru-nāśana，摧毁一切敌人）守护之王。 对于瘟疫、喉 रोग 、 ज्वर 三者， 一切传染病， 病人自身观想黑色铁鸟大鹏， 具天铁金刚之喙爪， 从地神和魔的命脉中吸取精髓， 拍打火焰之翅膀， 焚烧一切疾病， 骑乘铁猪， 发出 ngar ngar ngur ngur 之声，口中喷火， 吞噬一切病魔。 观想其鼻端亦有大鹏盘旋。 念诵：'嗡 ཐིམ་ཐ་ར་ཏི། （藏文） 萨敦德 扎拉 然巴 耶 梭哈' 一百零八遍，向左鼻孔吹气。 若极度恐惧疾病，或触及病人或尸体，亦可将自身 मध्य मूत्र 倒入掌心，念诵真言后向鼻孔吹气。 即使卧于百种恶疾之中，亦无需疑虑，后世之人！ समय ！ 卡唐！ 古雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 掘藏师 रत्न लिंगपा 之手诀！ 又，守护瘟疫和肠 रोग ， 取白色檀香、诃子、麝香、 स्पंगस्पोस 、少许冰片， 捣碎后念诵此真言百遍或千遍： '嗡 阿 吽 啪 तो （藏文，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हूँ फट्，梵文罗马拟音：om āḥ hūṃ phaṭ，身语意转化加持）！ 纳嘎 纳嘎！ 巴尼 समय 耶 吽 啪 तो 梭哈！' 向圣物加持后，用红色丝绸包裹，系于颈间。 或书写天城体文字佩戴。 如此则无需疑虑。 念诵后饮用 मध्य मूत्र 亦可防护。 此法亦甚深！

Tibet is dominated by nagas and earth lords, Many evil deeds cause disturbance among the mamos and dakinis. Harsh actions agitate the eight classes of gods and demons. Due to these causes, various epidemics, Take the lives of beings, causing unrest and disease. At that time, if one possesses this mantra substance, And still suffers harm, I, Padmasambhava, do not know. Therefore, hold it dear to your heart, future generations! As I, Padmasambhava, Reveal the सर्व-शत्रु-नाशन (Sarva-Shatru-Nashana, Destroyer of All Enemies) Kings of Protection. For epidemics, throat रोग , and ज्वर, All contagious diseases, The patient should visualize themselves as a black iron garuda, With a beak and claws of meteoric iron vajra, Extracting the essence from the lifelines of earth lords and demons, Flapping wings of fire, Burning all diseases, Riding an iron pig, Making sounds of 'ngar ngar ngur ngur,' breathing fire from the mouth, Devouring all disease demons. Visualize a garuda hovering at its nostrils. Recite: 'Om Thim Thara Ti Sa Dun Te Jwala Rampa Ye Svaha' 108 times, and blow into the left nostril. If extremely afraid of disease, or touching a patient or corpse, pour your own मध्य मूत्र into your palm, recite the mantra, and blow into the nostril. Even if lying among a hundred evil diseases, there is no need to doubt, future generations! Samaya! Khatam! Guhya! Gya Gya Gya! The hand instructions of the terton Ratna Lingpa! Also, to protect against epidemics and intestinal रोग , Take white sandalwood, haritaki, musk, Spangspos, and a small amount of camphor, Pound them and recite this mantra a hundred or a thousand times: 'Om Ah Hum Phat!
