Is it sufficient to recite these mantras? Here are some additional points to note: Firstly, when practicing the recitation and accomplishment of these goddesses, the recitation phase mainly relies on self-generation as the deity. Therefore, offerings, tormas, and activities can be performed as usual. Only the exorcism torma is needed in the first torma offering. Whether performing three or four sessions, each time should include the complete preliminary, main, and concluding rituals. The number of recitations is four hundred thousand, so be sure to include supplementary recitations. These numbers of recitations are the same for all seven goddesses. After completing the recitation, begin the accomplishment phase. In the mandala in front, draw the respective hand implements in the center of eight lotus petals, or place a white heap on the mandala. If possible, place a statue, etc. If combining activities, a common protection wheel, bathing vase, tsatsas, etc., are needed. In particular, for Jyanma (Caksusmati), prepare pills to cure diseases, etc., as described in their respective rituals. Arrange new offerings and tormas, offer the exorcism torma, and perform the activities. After completing the self-generation deity recitation, begin the activities of the front-generation deity. The number of recitations is one hundred thousand, including supplementary recitations. At the end of each session, make offerings, praises, torma offerings, and confessions. When starting the session again, replenish the offerings, bless the offerings, and repeat the activities and recitations of the front-generation deity. At the end of the evening session, stabilize the front-generation deity and finally dissolve the self-generation deity. After completing the accomplishment, for activities such as the protection wheel, etc., first perform the self-generation deity, using it as the basis for the front-generation deity, as described in the accomplishment phase. The number of recitations and days should be about one-tenth of the accomplishment. For pills to cure diseases, etc., most do not require generation and dissolution, so after completing the number of accomplishment mantras, follow the previous self-generation and front-generation methods, reciting about ten thousand times for each substance, and blowing on them when necessary. After the evening session, it would be good to perform a common protector torma offering. At the end of the recitation and accomplishment, be sure to offer a light offering to compensate for any deficiencies and praise to quickly accomplish the activities. The practice of recitation and accomplishment should follow the general principles of acceptance and rejection and vows. Although this accomplishment ritual appears to be of the Anuttarayoga Tantra, since the source of its mantras is the Kriya Tantra, it is best to avoid meat, alcohol, garlic, and onions, and rely on the three whites (milk, yogurt, and butter) to maintain cleanliness. By the stream of nectar of awareness mudra, Washing away the karmic suffering of beings in this degenerate age, Quenching the heat, bringing the glory of longevity, And the life force of liberation, may all this be stable together. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
