Bathe the body and immerse it in the bathwater. Then, knead or sprinkle the offering cake (Tibetan: ngar glud) and the above changbu (Tibetan: changs bu, a type of food), tinglo (Tibetan: ting lo, a type of food), and torma (Tibetan: gtor zan, offering cake) each seven times with the bathwater, along with the seven sambharas (Sanskrit: sambhāra, meaning provisions), and bless them by proclaiming the names of the four Tathagatas. Dedicate this inexhaustible treasure of food, drink, dwelling, body, enjoyment, and desirable qualities to all those who cause harm, seek revenge, and create obstacles. From beginningless lifetimes, dedicate this to all the demons, obstructing spirits, and beings who, along with sins, obscurations, and faults, obstruct the three doors of body, speech, and mind, obscure the appearance of wisdom, and wander in the underground, on the ground, and above the ground. May you be satisfied by this excellent offering and abandon harmful intentions. Do not remain here; depart elsewhere! If anyone disobeys the command and leads astray, may the unbearable, wrathful wisdom of the body, speech, and mind of all the Tathagatas destroy them into dust! After this dedication, throw the offering cakes and tormas far away, circling the practitioner to the right. Burn incense, snap fingers, brandish the vajra, and ring the bell. Again, by reciting the essence mantra, visualize dispelling immeasurable obstacles. The practitioner sits on a white cushion, instantly visualizing themselves as Vajra Vidarana (Tibetan: rdo rje rnam par 'joms pa, the wrathful form of Vajrasattva), adding the syllables raksha (Sanskrit: rakṣa, meaning protect), kuru (Sanskrit: kuru, meaning do), and hūṃ (Sanskrit: hūṃ, meaning hūṃ) to the end of the essence mantra at the five places (crown, shoulders, throat, heart) and the four major joints (elbows, knees), while reciting and relying on the gesture of forming a crossed vajra. Visualize the white crossed vajra filling the entire outer body with an impenetrable armor of wisdom vajra, so that all sins, obscurations, faults, demons, and obstacles cannot penetrate, cannot be destroyed, and become indestructible. In detail, recite: 'To those who are attached to miserliness, purifying the impure, making them stainless, with a peaceful mind, free from harm, may you have happiness and well-being!' and so on, the auspicious verses from the Sutra of Entering Vaisali. In brief, recite: 'All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three times...' and 'May the unmoving Mount Meru be auspicious for the body!' and 'May the day be auspicious...' and so on. This is the sequence of bathing, cleansing, and protecting for the benefit of others. The three doors are primordially pure like the waters of the Ganges, temporarily stained by external conditions. The power of Vajra Vidarana eradicates impurities, a treasure of nectar-like instructions from the sage. Sickness, demons, impurity, fever... Bathe the body and immerse it in the bathwater.

O, ye who thirst for truth, Rather than seeking solace in the shade of collected scraps of writing, Rely on this nectar of eight-limbed virtues. May this treatise not be disturbed by excessive verbiage, Nor be defiled by meaningless sounds, This is the adornment of the intentions of Padmasambhava and the Dharmaraja, Made by the people of Yarlung. The initial author was the Vidyadhara of Gyangtse, The merit of Raton Tobden Thokme. May it be virtuous! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
