At the end of the five hundred years, When the Tibetan region is scattered and chaotic, Tribal conflicts and disputes will flourish, Internal strife, infighting, and banditry will arise, The evil deeds of killing and weaponry will increase, Most people will die by the sword, Border wars will erupt, Weapons will fall like rain, Bloody rain will fall, The terror of cannons and fire will come. At that time, those who listen to my instructions, All faithful ones should practice this. Here are four types of instructions: Protecting from war and conflict, Averting war, transforming war, and killing the sharpness of weapons. First, protecting from war, weapons, and conflict: Generate the supreme Bodhicitta, Protect the sentient beings of the area, The coarse five poisons of one's own mind, Influenced by destructive spirits, Like madness, possession, or fainting, Devoid of shame, compassion, and remorse, Hatred blazing like fire and fighting, Jealousy raging like wind and fighting, The five poisons rising as enemies and fighting. In the early morning, Generate Bodhicitta, remove poison, and kill the poison flame. First, a person endowed with Bodhicitta, Burns the vessel and contents to be protected with (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal meaning: Fire), Scatters them with (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Literal meaning: Wind), and cleanses them with (Tibetan: ཁཾ, Devanagari: खं, Romanized Sanskrit: khaṃ, Literal meaning: Space), Steadfastly meditates in non-conceptual Samadhi. Then, visualize the white life syllable (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: Unborn), Shining like the radiance of the sun and moon. Upon it, radiate the red syllable (Tibetan: ཡི, Devanagari: ई, Romanized Sanskrit: ī, Literal meaning: Lord), Visualize the vessel and contents increasing and expanding. Since the minds of sentient beings are one, Meditate on the four immeasurables.
