Then, visualize the dried ginger and Ruru (藏文:ར་རུ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:) inside an iron frame, insert the lingam (male genital symbol) into the heart, and seal it with a knife bone inscribed with mantras such as Ha Raksha, aligning the pulse of the knife bone directly with the pulse of the heart. Gather the paper pieces onto the lingam. In a coarse cloth or black cloth bag, place twenty-one white mustard seeds, visualizing twenty-one golden lions, emanations of Manjushri, pressing down on the body, and recite mantras such as Ka Sha. Again, in a black cloth bag, place twenty-one white pebbles, placing them on top, visualizing twenty-one conch white bulls, emanations of Avalokiteshvara, pressing down on the mouth, and recite mantras. Again, in a black cloth bag, place twenty-one black pebbles, placing them inside, visualizing twenty-one turquoise bears, emanations of Vajrapani, pressing down on the mind, and recite mantras. Then, seal the top with black cloth, visualizing it sealed with a wind vajra crossed vajra, and recite mantras. On top of that, place a tsatsa (small Buddha image), visualizing Tara, the crown of Amitabha, surrounded by Vairochana, Ratnasambhava, Akshobhya, and Amoghasiddhi. Recite as many Tara mantras as possible, and tie any sealing object such as stone or wood from the outside with rope, binding the Ruru (藏文:ར་རུ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:) like a seal with wax thread. Hang it on a pillar inside or in a tent, with the tip of the Ruru (藏文:ར་རུ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:) pointing downwards, rotating it counterclockwise, reciting as many Tara dharanis and the above mantras such as Ka Sha as possible, and then sit on a mat. ‘By this merit may I quickly, attain the state of Tara,’ etc., dedicate and make aspirations, whether carrying it to one's homeland, a foreign land, or giving it to others, avoid oneself or others rotating it clockwise. If it is rotated clockwise, the power will diminish, take out the Ruru (藏文:ར་རུ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:) substance and practice as before. At a large crossroads, recite the mantra twenty-one times, constantly spitting into the mouth of the Ruru (藏文:ར་རུ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:), it is said that one will definitely be protected from the harm of robbers. Sakya Kunga Lodro wrote this Ruru (藏文:ར་རུ་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:) practice that is useful during bandit blockades, the scribe being Jhelungpa. When traveling, practice regularly: ‘I take refuge in the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha until enlightenment.’ etc. As mentioned above, recite as many wrathful mantras as possible, and finally join palms: ‘Namo, the true words of the venerable root and lineage, the glorious and holy lamas, the true words of the Buddhas, the true words of the Dharma, the true words of the Sangha.’ --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

By the truth of the words, and especially by the truth of the words of the noble Jetsun Tara (Jetsun Drolma), and by the blessing of the great truth, may all enemies, thieves, and robbers who harm and injure us, the teachers, disciples, and retinue, be averted! May they be gone! May they be pacified!' Clap hands three times, for a total of three times. 'By this merit, may I quickly attain the state of Jetsun Tara, and may every single being, without exception, be established in that state.' And so forth. Although the practice of clapping hands after the truth-utterance is not mentioned in the original text, there is absolutely no contradiction in doing so, because it is associated with fierce mantras. This was written by Ngagwang Kunga Lodro of the Sakya school. May there be auspiciousness! May there be auspiciousness! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
