The Practice Manual of the Wrathful King Vajra Beak for Averting Hailstorms, The Great Vajra Tent. This is a method for protecting against hailstorms, and should be practiced without interruption. The preliminary practices are not always necessary. The recitation can be done as a daily practice, and in the evening, a tsok offering and torma offering can be made. The propitiation of the guardians, the gathering sequence, and the secular offerings are not necessary. Guru Deva Dakini! Homage to the Three Jewels and the Three Roots! I take refuge in the objects of refuge! In order to establish all beings in Buddhahood, I generate the supreme Bodhicitta! From the primordially pure Dharmadhatu, emanates a cloud of offerings filling the sky and earth, including medicine, torma, rakta, and goddesses. May it become inexhaustible! Puja Ho! The torma in the precious vessel, may it be transformed into amrita! Om Ah Hum! The indigenous local deities and earth spirits, and all the hosts of spirits! Gather here, and partake of the offerings and torma! When practicing mantra here, do not harbor jealousy or hatred! Become helpers and favorable conditions for the white side! Drive the obstructing forces of the black side elsewhere! If you do not leave and instead cause harm, you will be destroyed by the wisdom wrathful one! Therefore, listen to my command!
