(4) Made from the hair of those who have broken their vows and laws, beaten by a *bande khyim den* (virtuous monk). (5) Beat from the traditional path of the valley or the top of a high mountain. Accomplish this mantra for three days: OM RAM TUM HUM DURUKA KHA KHA TSAKRA TSA BHAD BHAD NAN SVAHA. This is the recitation. Everyone should avoid and fear. If you do this, there is no doubt that you can repel the enemy. It is important to have the four powers of mountain, water, territory, and authority. This is the repulsion of offerings. The way to repel with *dos* (effigy): make a triangle under the *dos* that is being made, and inside the triangle, place a *lingam* (representation) of a person and a horse of *duruka* (fierce deity) drawn on coarse cloth. Offer all the armies as offerings to the owner of the *dos*. Add this to the root mantra of any *dos* method and strike with a *thun* (amulet): RU CHOM TSAITA LA HURL THUM WANGPO TSA LAK DOM MARAYA BHAD SOK LA MYOK TAMBHAYA NAN. Recite and strike.
