顶礼如来法坚！ 顶礼如来法积！ 怛[特]地[也]他[塔]。普[布]普[布]普[布]普[布]。达[达]玛[玛]伊[伊]德[得]普[布]。比[比]比[比]比[比]普[布]。萨[萨]萨[萨]萨[萨]萨[萨]普[布]。郭[郭]郭[郭]郭[郭]郭[郭]普[布]。哈[哈]哈[哈]哈[哈]普[布] 梭[索]哈[哈]！' 此为置于胜幢之顶之咒。 在实践时，出家人应忆持如来所说之教言，以及于李域（Khotan）预言中所说之《百光经》，并持诵马头金刚（Hayagriva）之真言。同时修持不空绢索（Amoghapasha），药师佛（Bhaisajyaguru）之供养等，以及尊胜佛母（Vijaya）等教敕传承之口诀中所述之法。所有宁玛派（Nyingma）行者应修持马头金刚之修法，以及修部八大法行（Kagye）等。莲师（Padmasambhava）之大修法等，所有具加持力之密咒修法皆应修持。尤其若能如实宣说如来之教言，则回遮力极大。苯教（Bonpo）徒众应努力修持使八部鬼神各归其位等法。众人应努力行持善法，皆应对三宝（Triratna）生起信敬之心，努力行持善业，并祈请邬金（莲花生大师）。 国王持国（Dhritarashtra）守护军队之口诀：阿底（藏文ཨྠྀ，梵文天城体अथृ，梵文罗马拟音athri，无字面意思）。吉祥！

This is to be placed at the top of the victory banner. During practice, renunciants should remember the teachings spoken by the Buddha, as well as the 'Hundred Rays Sutra' prophesied in the land of Li (Khotan), and also hold in mind the mantra of Hayagriva. At the same time, practice the Amoghapasha, offerings to Bhaisajyaguru, and all the practices that arise from the oral instructions of the command lineage, such as Vijaya, etc. All Nyingma practitioners should practice the Hayagriva sadhana, as well as the Eight Heruka Sadhanas (Kagye), etc. The great sadhana of Padmasambhava, etc., all blessed mantra practices should be practiced. In particular, if the Buddha's teachings are proclaimed accurately, the power of reversal is very great. Bonpo followers should strive to practice the subjugation of the eight classes of spirits, etc. People should strive to practice virtue, and all should generate faith and respect for the Three Jewels, strive to perform virtuous deeds, and pray to Orgyen (Padmasambhava).
