Formed of blue, it is the abode of the Rinchen Khandro (Precious Dakini). Mount Meru's western side, formed of copper, is the abode of the Pema Khandro (Lotus Dakini). Mount Meru's northern side, formed of gold, is the abode of the Karma Khandro (Action Dakini). The seven golden mountains and seven playful seas are the abode of the worldly dakinis. The four continents and twelve subcontinents are the abode of various dakinis. The place of the dakinis is also here, the arising of the dakinis is also here, the offering to the dakinis is also here. All mother dakinis, in front of the powerful Hayagriva (Vajrakila, शक्तिशाली हयग्रीव, śaktishālī hayagrīva, powerful Hayagriva), as they have promised and vowed. 'I am the great powerful Hayagriva, do not transgress the strict oath, according to my command, gather in the oath!' Then, invite the dakinis to the Torma (多玛, 食子): strike the drum made of an upturned skull, send forth the thick smoke of fat, with the clear samadhi of power, utter a beautiful sound: 'Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)! I am the great powerful Hayagriva, listen, assembly of mother dakinis! I am the lord of the assembly of dakinis, all are under my command! If you transgress the command and oath, your heart's blood is mine! The dakinis will vomit blood, body and mind will be reversed! Do not transgress the Samaya (三昧耶, 誓言), act according to the oath!'
