Citta Guhya Samaya(意,秘密,誓言)。 Samaya(誓言)。Gya Gya Gya(去,去,去)。 Samaya(誓言)。Gya Gya Gya(去,去,去)。 Samaya(誓言)。Gya Gya Gya(去,去,去)。 Samaya(誓言)。Gya Gya Gya(去,去,去)。

Give alms! Or like a mountain wearing clothes, for the practitioner who attains enlightenment in one lifetime, this is the Dharma to eliminate obstacles. Just as a poor person finds a treasure, this wish-fulfilling treasure trove, the wise should make good use of it. The medicinal ingredients for writing and the substances for grinding, as well as the finalized letters, the wise should use them correctly and in order. The meaning of the words and the letters must be without error, and one should grasp the key points in order. Citta Guhya Samaya (Mind, Secret, Vow). This is the 'Dza' syllable for protection, write it well with blood. Cover it with black Hala cloth, and eat it at dawn. It is excellent for those suffering from 'Shuba', 'Gongpa', 'Shakra' diseases, and those suffering from 'Wala', 'Mewa' and other diseases. Samaya (Vow). Gya Gya Gya (Go, Go, Go). This is the 'Dza' syllable for increasing enjoyment, write these secret mantra kings with the water of Costus root, beeswax, and saffron. On the days of nine, three, eight, three, five, three, distribute it to your retinue. Be free from discord, harm, demons, etc., and bring good luck, victory, and enjoyment. Samaya (Vow). Gya Gya Gya (Go, Go, Go). This mind treasure, refined like gold, should not have been written down, but for the sake of sentient beings in the five degenerate ages, like medicine and a physician, and like a king, in order to fulfill their needs and desires, consider with compassion. This key to the magical letters, like a jewel, fulfills wishes, like a thoroughbred horse, quickly achieves goals, like a Garuda, is without obstacles. Just as a criminal meets a savior, be liberated from obstacles and fearful diseases, and eliminate doubts and hesitation. Use the key instructions of these magical letters, keep it secret from those who have doubts and hesitation, may you meet those who keep the vows. Samaya (Vow). Gya Gya Gya (Go, Go, Go). Dragon demon, nine-headed, pervader Rāhula, please protect this treasure with the bird of command. Protect those yogis whose behavior is uncertain. At the time of the stainless Vajra sixty Kharal, the mind emanation of Padmasambhava, the Iron Monkey year, a fortunate person will become the master of this treasure. Treasure guardians, please entrust this treasure to him, and give help like body and shadow. For those who do not keep the vows and are not vessels, if this Dharma is leaked, both will be at fault. For those who keep the vows, please give the help of the command. Command seal of the Vidyadharas, vow seal of the Dakinis, action seal of the treasure lords. Samaya (Vow). Gya Gya Gya (Go, Go, Go). Stainless Vajra was invited from Gyarong. Stainless Vajra, the emanation of Vairochana, the treasure of Dorje Lingpa. Written on short pieces of Reyab paper. The treasure revealer himself took it from his tongue lotus and wrote it in Tibetan. (Hūṃ! Orgyen yul gyi nubjang mtshams, padma gesar sdong po la, ya mtshan mchog gi dngos grub brnyes, padma 'byung gnas zhes su grags, 'khor du mkha' 'gro mang pos bskor, khyed kyi rjes su bdag sgrub kyis, byin gyis brlab phyir gshegs su gsol, guru padma siddhi hūṃ)』。

Although various Za Yig (ཟ་ཡིག་, food recipes) for the activities of different Yidams (ཡི་དམ་, personal deities) are mentioned in different Terma (གཏེར་ཁ་, treasure teachings), this common Za Yig is highly valued by the past Rigdzin (རིག་འཛིན་, knowledge holders). The practice is as follows: Mix the respective substances with saffron ink, and it is best if it can be handwritten on clean, thin Tibetan paper. Otherwise, it can be printed and placed in front. Visualize light radiating from the heart of your Yidam, inviting the embodiment of the Three Roots (Tsa sum, རྩ་གསུམ་), Guru Padmasambhava (གུ་རུ་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་) of Orgyen (ཨོ་རྒྱན), to appear in the sky in front of you. Recite: 'Hūṃ! In the northwest of the land of Orgyen, on the pistil of a lotus flower, you have attained the most wondrous and supreme accomplishment. You are renowned as Padmasambhava. Surrounded by many Dakinis, I will follow you in practice. I beseech you to come and bestow your blessings. Guru Padmasiddhi Hūṃ.' Invoke blessings by reciting this prayer as many times as appropriate. Recite 'Oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma siddhi hūṃ,' visualizing light radiating from the three places (body, speech, and mind) of Orgyen Rinpoche (ཨོ་རྒྱན་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་), marked with Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:body), Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:speech), and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:huṃ,汉语字面意思:mind), inviting all the compassion, blessings, and power of the Three Roots and all the Buddhas in the form of body, letters, and symbols, and dissolving them into Orgyen Rinpoche. Finally, visualize Orgyen Rinpoche also dissolving into light and merging into the letters, so that the ability to accomplish their respective activities becomes unobstructed. Offer flowers and consecrate by reciting the Vajra Guru mantra, the heart mantra of the Yidam, vowels, consonants, and the Dependent Arising mantra. Roll it up from the bottom. It can be actually rolled up with the described cloth, or it can be covered by smearing the powder of various substances. To make it easier to swallow, roll it into a round shape again and put it in a clean container. Take it according to the timing of each. Although the source of the Za Yig is not specifically mentioned in the great Sutras and Tantras, according to the principle that taking relics the size of mustard seeds and the five amṛtas of pure lands brings inconceivable benefits, if the blessed Dharmakaya relics—mantras—are swallowed without damage, not only will benefits arise, but this method is that the great accomplished ones (Siddhas) who can bless with mantras and results bless that particular task to be accomplished, so the benefits are apparent and can be proven by direct experience. May there be auspiciousness! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
