Thinking, 'I should relocate,' then proceed as usual with 'Bhagavan named so-and-so,' etc. Announce three times, changing 'should do' to 'should relocate.' The next day, arrange extensive new offerings and torma before the sacred object. Preceded by my yoga practice, I offer and praise the old sacred object. After announcing as before, place a clear mirror before it and allow the image of the sacred object to appear in it. Then, visualize that a hook-like ray of light emanates from my heart, causing the commitment being and wisdom being of the sacred object to merge inseparably into the image in the mirror. Om, Vajra, Samaja, Jah, Hum, Bam, Hoh) to invoke, merge, bind, and delight. Stabilize the deity of the sacred object as inseparable from the image in the mirror with the hundred-syllable mantra, then make offerings, praises, and auspicious prayers. Wrap it in yellow silk, tie it in the back, and seal it as a sign that the head and feet are not reversed, then invite it to sit in the row of offerings and treat it with respect. After the new sacred object is completed, after the empowerment of the generation stage of the main sacred object, open the previous mirror in front of it, and invoke, merge, bind, and delight the commitment being of the old sacred object into the commitment being of the new one with the mantras of the four gates. Then, invite the wisdom being as in the usual ritual. If the old sacred object is made of stone, invite it to a river. If that is not possible, dig a hole on a high mountain and place it there. If it is made of wood, wrap it in cloth soaked in butter and burn it in the fire of a burnt offering. If it is made of copper or metal, etc., if it can be melted down as material for the new sacred object, mix it into the new material. If it is not possible due to distance, etc., put it in water or build a stupa there and consecrate it. If the material of the sacred object is possessed by evil spirits, do not mix it into the new material, but purify it with a wrathful burnt offering. Acharya Abhaya believes that one should make offerings and praises to the wisdom being of the old sacred object, and offer torma to the Dharma protectors and local deities, and then send it back to its natural place. Thus, as explained in the tantras and commentaries, if one properly performs the construction of new sacred objects, the restoration of old ones, and their consecration, then all the glories of perfect benefits, both temporary and ultimate, will be easily accomplished without difficulty, this is certain. Said: Primordially free from darkness, great bliss wisdom, Consecration pervades all stable and moving things, Like the image support appearing as beings' minds, The commentary on the consecration ritual is well written by many scholars. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

乃是由于对我极度恭敬,尽心侍奉之供养主Ngawang Tsultrim长期恳请之故,又承蒙全知嘉瓦仁波切Ngawang Lobsang Gyatso(ངག་དབང་བློ་བཟང་རྒྱ་མཚོ།,Ngawang Lobsang Gyatso,具自在名称)和金刚持Trinley Lhundrup之恩德,故由精通金刚乘一切法理之释迦比丘、持明者Gyurme Dorje(འགྱུར་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེ།,Gyurme Dorje,无变金刚)于魔年水蛇月上弦初十,在雪域之中心,红山顶端之布达拉宫写成。

The flow of the sacred Ganges, Upon the earth of wisdom, gathers into an ocean of play. The unerring profound meaning is the source from which jewels arise. This is an offering made in gratitude. Unerring practice is the spring of essential treasures. If there is a seeking mind, it will surely bear fruitful results. What use is this to those with biased and wrong views? Therefore, one should rely on compatible and sound reasoning. Nowadays, some who claim to be impartial, If they clarify the practice of pure Dharma, Will shower curses, saying 'Followers of the new school'. Therefore, what result can be expected from this discourse? However, the words of the Buddha, the lineage, and related texts, Are taken as the standard of measurement. The empowerment of the Root Tantra, the distinctions of important empowerments, The Guhyasamaja Tantra, the root commentary of the Three Successive Tantras, etc. If there are impartial people, they can understand through investigation. If there is no discrimination, why speak so much? Even if one knows the entirety of knowable phenomena, Yet judges arbitrarily according to personal preferences, Pouring out words like rain, though it may benefit the lazy, If there are any errors, may the wise ones forgive me. Thus, through the power of well-spoken words and meanings, Completing the thoughts of many wise ones, may the Buddha's teachings, Shine like the waxing moon, with endless light, Blossom the joy of union, opening the lotus of benefit and happiness. This commentary, called 'The Playful Ocean of Eloquence,' which clarifies the meaning of the tantras and instructions for properly establishing the supports of body, speech, and mind, was written because of the long-standing request of Ngawang Tsultrim, the offering master who is extremely respectful and diligently serves me. Also, through the kindness of the omniscient Gyalwa Rinpoche Ngawang Lobsang Gyatso (ངག་དབང་བློ་བཟང་རྒྱ་མཚོ།, Ngawang Lobsang Gyatso, Possessor of the Powerful Name) and Vajradhara Trinley Lhundrup, it was written by Shakya Bhikshu, Vidyadhara Gyurme Dorje (འགྱུར་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེ།, Gyurme Dorje, Immutable Vajra), who possesses mastery over all the doctrines of Vajrayana, in the year of the Demon, on the tenth day of the waxing moon of the Water Snake month, at the Potala Palace on the summit of Red Hill, the center of the Land of Snows. The scribe was Ngawang Trinley Pal. May this bring great benefit to the Buddha's teachings! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
