Da Bao Fu Zang TD1633 'The Practice of the Consecration Ritual, Clarified as the Well-Spoken Playful Ocean'. General Branch, Consecration. First, explain the classification. Da Bao Fu Zang TD1633 'The Practice of the Consecration Ritual, Clarified as the Well-Spoken Playful Ocean'. Om Svasti! The mandala wheel of the hundred peaceful and wrathful families, like the moon in water, is the agent of expansion and contraction. Homage to the all-pervading Vajrasattva and the kind lama, inseparable and of equal taste. Whose eloquent nectar-like spring is the source of precious siddhis, a playful ocean. By hearing, may I and those of equal fortune be refreshed, as a gift to relieve weariness. Therefore, it is necessary to ascertain as follows: first, explain the classification, put the explained ritual into practice, and the manner of incidentally expanding other branches. First, the nature of consecration, the object to be consecrated, the faults of not consecrating, the benefits of having consecrated, the preceptor who performs the consecration, the place where it is performed, and the time when it is performed, these seven. The first is: all phenomena encompassed by the apprehended and the apprehender, from the very beginning, have attained the nature of clear light, therefore, the wisdom being that has not been invited by others, abiding pervasively like oil in sesame, is the spontaneously accomplished consecration. As it is said in the Hevajra Tantra: 'This itself is great wisdom, all always abide in the body, the essence of real and unreal, the state of being two and not two, pervading the stable and the moving.' Thus, for those in whom that abiding wisdom has not manifested, relying on conventional truth, generate the samaya being, and by means of attracting, abiding, binding, pleasing, and empowering the wisdom being, accomplish the nature of the deity. This is to accumulate the substance of merit for sentient beings, and to introduce them to the profound definitive meaning, one should know that it has such meaning. Thus, in the Consecration Tantra it is said: 'All Buddhas abide, yet there is no abiding.' And: 'Relying on the conventional world, consecration is contemplated.' This is the manner of speaking with provisional and definitive meanings. Second, the object to be consecrated, as it is said in the tantra: 'Beaten, written, sculpted, and so on.' The mentioned body images, etc. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Representing with the form of the body, including scriptures, stupas, temples, ritual implements, ornaments, ponds, and gardens, etc. As it is said: 'The form of the body is complete with marks and qualities, possessing the taste of peace, etc., measured by standards and beautiful, thus it should be properly established.' Therefore, the forms of the bodies of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, each manifesting the marks and qualities of enlightenment, 'taste' refers to experience, that is, possessing the experience and changes of peace, etc., conforming to the standards of the Sutras and Tantras, therefore beautiful and pleasing to all, to represent this. All things that need to be established, such as stupas, should, according to their respective explanations, possess all the standards and qualities, and be complete and perfect. The four types of relics that reside within the body, etc., are: mantras, etc., are the Dharmakaya relics; bones, etc., are the body relics; hair and nails, etc., are the hair relics; and sarira, etc., are mustard-seed-like relics. The way to establish them is: in the crown of the head and the head, reside mustard-seed-like relics and other blessings, and the names and mantras of the lineage of the gurus, as well as the mantras of Ushnishavijaya, etc. Although it is the Kriya division, it is specially allowed here. In the neck reside the essence of dependent origination and vowels, etc., collections of blessings. In the upper part of the body reside the mantras of the three divisions of Mahayoga, and the four body mantras of these. In the heart reside the bindu-pot, especially the root mantra of the deity, the Dharma wheel, etc. Below it reside the Yoga division, in the waist reside the Charya division, in the navel reside the mantras of the Kriya division and the forms of these, and in the lower part reside the mantras of the Sutra division, such as the Posadha of the seven past Buddhas. In addition, the location records and the blessings of the birthplaces are recorded according to their respective rituals. If it is not full, then in all parts of the upper and lower body, according to the previous order, correctly and without error, establish the scriptures, etc., of the Sutras and Tantras. On the lotus seat reside the mantras of the Dharma protectors and wealth deities, and the life wheel, the soul stone, especially the Yaksha wheel, jewels, grains, medicines, silks, spices, etc., which have been practiced according to the Dharma, and all the offerings. In order to pacify the faults of mantra confusion, etc., the bindu-pot and the essence of dependent origination reside in all parts of the upper and lower body, and are also recited in the mouth during offering. The crown of the head and the head of the stupa are the Dharma wheel and bricks, and the body is... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
