As before, write the mantra and consecrate it. Put the paper with the mantra written on it inside the skull of a horse or donkey, on which a horse's head is drawn, and press it under the stove. For mischievous troublemakers, mix flour and tsampa, make a monkey shape, write the name and mantra as before and consecrate it. Then put it in the skull of a dog or cat, wrap it with old, tattered black cloth, wind it with colored thread, and place it in the pit in front. Then, enter into the state of self-demon, spread a black cushion, wear black clothes, tie a black turban, beat the effigy of a bear or white dog, and perform fierce summoning and sending with the firm pride of the Yidam. At the end of the Yidam mantra, add 'Let the black central stake of the Damtsi be stupefied (藏文：དམ་སྲི་ལྟེ་ཕུར་ནག་མོ་སྟྭམྦྷ་ཡ་ནན，梵文天城体：स्तम्भय，梵文罗马拟音：stambhaya，汉语字面意思：Let … be stupefied)', and the above three mantras, and sprinkle black mustard seeds. Hit the effigy with beans, straw, dry barley, and tsampa. To dispel obstacles, scatter these in the practice room and storehouse. Beat the dog skin, as a sign of subjugation, and make 'galala, buvunvun, shushum' sounds yourself. If saliva appears, it is a sign that the Damtsi has entered. Insert a juniper peg eight fingers long, with the mantra of nectar swirling around it, into the heart of the lingam. Drive juniper pegs, with mantras of great power written on them, from all directions. On the corpse mat, draw a vajra cross with poison and corpse ashes, and on its four sides write 'Damtsi harmer, let the central stake be stupefied (藏文：དམ་སྲི་གནོད་བྱེད་ལྟེ་ཕུར་སྟྭམྦྷ་ཡ་ནན，梵文天城体：स्तम्भय，梵文罗马拟音：stambhaya，汉语字面意思：Let … be stupefied)'. Draw Mount Meru and the four continents above, and dig a triangular pit below the stupa, crossroads, or temple. Press the lingam inside with the head and tail reversed, seal it with the corpse mat, and suppress it by striking and reciting the mantra one hundred and eight times through the four activities. Recite: 'Susha Anaga, Duna Aduna, Sana Ninan, Susha Aganan, Duna Aganan, Suna Satrinan, Bachinan, Sinchinan, Sochinan, Chidu Samaya Gurnan, Harmful Damtsi, let it be stupefied (藏文：གནོད་བྱེད་དམ་སྲི་སྟྭམྦྷ་ཡ་ནན，梵文天城体：स्तम्भय，梵文罗马拟音：stambhaya，汉语字面意思：Let … be stupefied), Hum! Damtsi, your evil deeds, from now until the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha, until the teachings of Maitreya, are suppressed. Do not harm all my generations, retinues, followers, livestock, and practitioners. All Damtsis, be suppressed now!' Say this. The ritual of suppressing the obstacle-making ghost for the vow-holder is complete. The fire puja is performed by making one hundred and eight lingams, etc., and performing fierce summoning and sending. Stack triangular poisonous wood, visualize the Yidam inside, and burn it.
