Do not be negligent, all you hosts of goddesses and protectors! Before the eyes of the Sugatas (Buddhas) of the past, Remember the vows you have taken! Serve like a mother, loving goddess, do not be negligent! Serve like a sister, dear goddess, do not be distant! Serve like a friend, honest goddess, do not be deceitful! Serve like a servant, diligent goddess, do not be lazy! When called, may the goddess's ears be attentive! When signaled, may the goddess's eyes not be dull! When practicing, may the goddess's power not diminish! When subduing, may the goddess's skills not weaken! Accept this offering of red flesh and blood, Lead the battle to the land of the oath-breakers! May this oath-breaking enemy, with their retinue of bad karma, Destroy the sacred Buddha's teachings with this, Disparage the precious Three Jewels with this, Interrupt my virtuous deeds with this. Therefore, this is the field for slaying enemies, Do not be negligent! Goddesses and your retinues! Run! Rush! Run towards the enemy! Of the oath-breaking enemy, with their retinue of bad karma, Cut open the flesh and bones, and extract the heart, liver, and entrails! Sever the life force, and suck the heart's blood from within! Snatch the light from their faces, and block their breath! Cut off the offspring from their armpits, and release their body and mind! Overthrow the horses below, and kill their wives! Eradicate their lineage, and destroy their descendants from the root! Mix their land, fields, and storehouses all with the earth! Consume their people, wealth, and retinues without leaving any remnants! Send the earth, along with the dust, into utter nothingness! If you do not do so, goddesses, you will break your vows! Therefore, the time has come to protect your vows! The time has come to protect the Buddha's teachings! The time has come to praise the glory of the Three Jewels! The time has come to prolong the life of the Lama! The time has come to dispel the obstacles of the yogi! The time has come to accomplish my tasks! The time has come to slay the oath-breaking enemy! Therefore, Great Black One (Nāgmo, Tibetan: ནག་མོ་ཆེན་མོ།) and your retinues! You must accomplish this task entrusted by the yogi! To the Black Mother (Nāgmo) and her retinue, With respectful demeanor, I prostrate and praise! Visualize in front of you the Black Mother (Nāgmo), extremely wrathful and fierce, with countless emanations like the main deity. Visualize light radiating from your heart, stimulating the samaya (sacred bond) of the Black Mother (Nāgmo) and her retinue, Uncontrollably summon all the obstructing demons, making them appear obedient, and recite this mantra: Om Khikhāle nāgmo drāvo jaḥ (Sanskrit transliteration) - Om, Blood-drinking Black Mother, slay the enemy!
