Om Shri Mahakala Dubingni Abhisinca Ah. Visualize placing the deity in your heart, thereby obtaining the supreme heart empowerment of the great protector (Mahakala) and his retinue. Place the implements marked with a vajra and a curved knife, and marked with the Hum (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable) syllable, in your heart, recite the above mantra, and add at the end: Om Shri Mahakala Citta Abhisinca Hum. Draw a Hum syllable with a vajra in your heart. Visualize obtaining the empowerment of the great protector and his retinue by delivering the objects of merit. Place the black silk on the right arm, the rope on the left hand, and the life stone under the left armpit, recite the above mantra, and add at the end: Om Shri Mahakala Ghana Guhya Hrita Abhisinca Svaha. Visualize obtaining the fierce empowerment of the great protector and his retinue by delivering the objects of activity. Place the khatvanga and short spear in the right hand, and the iron or sandalwood peg in the left hand, recite the mantra, and add at the end: Om Shri Mahakala Vajra Kili Kilaya Karma Mahakala Abhisinca Hum Phat. Through the above empowerments of body, speech, mind, merit, and activity, as a conclusion, perform the fierce extermination empowerment, and you must also, as the king of wrathful vajra rakshasas, perform the activities of summoning and exterminating in sequence. Place the skull and lingam well, and smear them with blood. Recite the truth, and perform summoning and introduction. Separate the deity from the target with the separation mudra and प्र वेशय फट् (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，pra be shaya phat，汉语字面意思：enter phat). Peg it with a peg, cut it with a curved knife, and perform expulsion, etc. Recite: Om Shri Mahakala Rudra Nagpo Daboe Nyingla Sutri Citta Rab. Ignite the fierce fire offering, and visualize the deities opening their mouths wide, offering the flesh and blood of enemies and obstacles as the essence of nectar. Burn the lingam, and recite: Om Phat Maraya Ti Hum Espharana Phat. Thus perform the empowerment. Then, place the permanent torma on the right side, and the daily torma on the left side. Hum! In order to be inseparable forever, keep the body support of the Great Black One in the sacred palace. In order to continuously entrust activities, always strive to make offerings and practice. Accompany the Dharma protector like a body and its shadow. Om Shri Mahakala Balinga Samaya Hum. Then, perform the empowerment of great blessing power. Visualize the guru appearing as great auspiciousness, emitting light from his heart, and inspiring with vows, so that Shri Mahakala and his retinue descend like rain from their respective places and merge into you.
