Adorned with terrifying ornaments such as garlands of serpent heads, with four sister faces (referring to Re-ma-ti's retinue), the eight great planets, the twenty-eight constellations, etc., surrounded by the arrogant assembly of the three realms. In the north, above all mothers of desire, the independent mother of the desire realm, Re-ma-ti, black, emaciated, and fierce, with her mouth open, baring her teeth, chewing on fresh corpses. Emitting fierce roars, and exhaling clouds of disease from her nostrils. The sun rises from her navel, and the moon appears on her crown. Wearing a crown of skull cups and a necklace of fresh heads. Her right ear is adorned with a lion, and her left with a snake and a bell. Her right hand brandishes a human skin staff, and her left hand throws a bag of disease at enemies. Wearing a human skin upper garment, a tiger skin skirt around her waist, and a snake skin belt. Riding a three-legged mule, with a demon's skull as a saddle and snakes as reins, frolicking in a sea of blood. Holding a bag of disease, colored threads, dice, black and white pebbles, a demon's human skin staff, and five kinds of illusory weapons, dwelling in the midst of a black storm with a retinue of a million black mothers. Beyond these, there are countless emanations and re-emanations, messengers, and the arrogant armies of the Eight Classes surrounding her. All of these are able to accomplish activities at will, fulfill the wishes of practitioners, and fill the sky, space, and earth completely. On the foreheads of all the main deities and retinue are white Oṃs (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Perfection), red Āḥs (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Arising) on their throats, and blue Hūṃs (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Immovable) in their hearts. From the Hūṃ syllables, rays of light like iron hooks emanate, and from the self-arisen supreme place—the palace of Akanishta Dharmadhatu, Mount Malaya blazing with iron, the eight great charnel grounds, and other self-arisen places—Padmasambhava and the Mahakala of the Gampopa lineage and his retinue descend like a mass of clouds in the space before you. Great clarified butter lamps and other supreme illuminations, pure food, drink, and various enjoyments. With the three levels of offerings, may Ganapati be pleased. Om Shri Mahakala Ganapati Saparivara Pushpe Dhupe Aloke Gandhe Naividya Shabda Puja Ho. Vajra Rupa Shabda Gandhe Rasa Sparshe Puja Hum (Offer generally with this).
